and is all organized nicely. Seems like good quality
I wanted something for the car. I'm paramedic, and just wanted a small first aid kit in case I came across something serious. I've put an isreali dressing, a couple 5x9 abd pads, a vaseline dressing, a roll of tape, full size trauma scissors, a couple OP airways, and gloves in it. It's light, and is all organized nicely. Seems like good quality. I ordered 2 more similar puches so I can have one in each vehicle so I don't need to move it from car to car.

The third zippered section and rip-away feature make this one a winner
Great bag. I ordered two and made two identical first aid kits, but may make a couple more because it's worked out so well. I chose the rip-away black because of the third little section that folds out and zips. I also like the rip-away feature, which I used to mount on a barn wall for convenient and fast access. It has fit everything I've wanted to put in it so far and that third flap-out zippered part made it so I have one section for minor issues, one for breaks, and one for bleeds with plenty of contents to get started on aid. It's also small enough that I can grab a kit and put it in or with another bag.As far as durability, I generally don't torture test things I buy, and most of the time these will just be sitting somewhere and not subjected to extreme tactical use or torture. That being said, everything on it looks well-made enough that for the trips between the house and the car, or being occasionally thrown into or attached to another bag for a hike or a weekend somewhere, I think it'll be just fine. The shears are smaller than the pro ones you can buy, but cut fabric (and probably denim except for the cuffs) and will likely be good enough for an emergency, but not likely good for daily, repeated use.Medical Pouch - Tactical MOLLE Rip-Away 1000D EMT Utility Pouches With Buckle Strap and Velcro Attachment - Free Bonus First Aid Patch And Shear(Black)

cheap pack but functional
it's a cheap pack intended to hold a few items. it does that.but the scissors that come with it are small. i'm glad i already had my own shears for this trauma kit i'm assembling. the ones that come with it appear fine, but small. more like bandage scissors sized shears.cheap fabric. if i was gonna be using this kit to carry in the field or a more rugged life, i'd go with something better. but this is for a trauma kit attached to an armored vest that should hopefully sit in a closet for its whole life. and if it has to come out it's being used in an indoor setting. so rugged reliability wasn't super relevant for me. just basic reliability. doesn't have to endure iraqi deserts, just room temperature hiding behind cover indoors.

Not that much room. Lots of loops not pockets.
I purchased this pouch for an IFAK but will be changing it to my fire kit instead. The reason is that it simply doesn't have enough room for my needs. Internally, if it had more pockets I may be more happy with it. Instead it has rows of various sized loops. IMO, as an IFAK, only a couple loops are needed with pockets / compartments being more important. The outside pockets are useless IMO as they afford no room to carry anything more than a few band aids or 2x2 gauze pads.If you're looking to carry lots of gauze rolls or pill bottles this may be the bag for you. If, on the other hand, you want to carry an Israeli bandage, 50g of quick clot, 5x9 trauma pads, etc...., you may want to consider a more roomie pouch.

Nice Quality
Great price for an medical pouch, especially since it included a set of small shears and vinyl "first aid" patch. Internally there are plenty of options for kitting this out as an IFAK to suit your needs. Materials seems high quality, and the stitching is first rate. Zipper seems fine as well, though only time and use is the ultimate decider on these points. All-in-all, very happy with this purchase, and you won't be disappointed.I made this purchase to create a roadside IFAK to keep in my car as I do a lot of highway driving.

Fantastic molle pouch
Fantastic molle pouch. I liked that it came with the medical patch - lots of room to easily build an adequate first aid kit for home or outdoor use. Should hold enough day-to-day items and larger once in a lifetime use items to help you feel securely covered. Rip-away design is brilliant and item is secured by velcro as well as buckle latch so it can't be ripped away accidentally. Great addition to an existing pack or outdoor bag. Have suggested this already to others as a good solution.

Handy and right sized
We loaded this bag with the supplies purchased in our ResQue1st ANSI Class A 2016 first aid kit. I added some items to the individual pouches of the first aid kit and they worked well in this pouch. Luckily during a 2 week South America trek I never had to open the bag and only needed a few bandaids which came from another small pack carried in a ziplock bag. This is handy when attached to the 5.11 Tactical 24 backpack.

Would buy again, but consider these points when comparing
Pros: Large storage capacity. Strong MOLLE. Love the zippered mesh pouch inside. Awesome execution of MOLLE and rip-away system.Cons: Elastic bands are rather large, so you have to jam quite a bit into each to maintain enough tension to retain items. Capacity is so large, that when fully loaded, the velcro at the top begins to detach under the load. Has sort of a 'floppy' appearance since the side wall material isn't rigid (though if packed tight, this may not be the case).
