Excellent quality; great for baking
As with all other Bob's Red Mill products I've used, I'm very pleased with the quality and performance of this oat bran. I use it for baking rather than as a cereal, and it performs great in breads, muffins and cookies. It has a more pleasant taste and texture than rolled oats, and is a better source for fiber than rolled oats. The four pouches come in a cardboard case that can be used as a dispenser. All arrived in fresh, perfect condition. Zero complaints -- 5 stars

Excellent Quality; Precisely as Advertised
Excellent product. Excellent quality. Delicious, for oat bran, by itself. Just oat bran, one ingredient, which is exactly what l've been looking for. Finely ground. No food dust. l easily spooned some oat bran 'raw' from the re-sealable bag directly into my blender as part of my protein/vegetable/fruit drink; there were no lumps or unmixed parts. The natural binding of oat bran made my drink more of a thick shake - no worries about a runny drink! Obviously this can be adjusted by the amount used. The effort and care that have gone into Bob's Red Mill Oat Bran are clearly evident and appreciated.

Excellent Taste
Have bought this in the past and it is very delicious for porridge, muffins and breads. Has more fiber than regular oatmeal and is quite nutritious.

Healthy fiber
Excellent way to add fiber to your diet. I add this to oatmeal for our breakfast. Tastes great. Adds fiber that is healthy. It's easy to add, I stir while adding it to the water so it combines easily. You can use this in food that requires bread too , like meatloaf. A small amount adds fiber that is good for you.

Great For My Health
