The blanket itself is soft. I bought it for my son, but I can control the temperature and the turn off timer. The blanket is conformable and the material is good quality, and can be used as a normal blanket.

Honestly this blanket was a surprise to me as I read so many negative reviews that say only half works after so long, it breaks within X amount of time, the heat isn’t super hot, etc.I bought this blanket to go on a trip to Connecticut in the winter where the high was a whopping 29° the whole week so I was desperate to find a blanket that was big enough for myself and another person while also being warm enough in the cold. WOW, it was and still is great. I’ve had zero issues with it and I honestly don’t understand why there are any negative reviews on such a high quality product like this blanket. The fabric is a soft fleece, temp controls are easy to use and understand, the heat is just right, long cord at the foot of the bed to reach virtually anywhere in your room, just the perfect amount of heaviness to the blanket as a whole, and overall surpassed my expectations. I definitely would recommend this blanket to anyone looking.

This heating pad worked great for 7 months. Then I accidentally unplugged the cord from the pad, and it will not work now. The lights just blink red and green indicating some error, and it will not produce heat. While it worked it did produce fairly hot heat, but I did notice that it would start hot and fade to warm after about 15 minutes, it was not a steady heat. I purchased in March and it died in October. I only used it occasionally, not daily. I never washed the pad, and never folded it. Until it was unplugged from the pad, it worked great, and I loved the size and would have recommended it to anyone, however, now that it has stopped working, I am now shopping for another large pad by a different manufacturer as I am reluctant to sink more money into the same product that had such a short life for the price paid.I am going to edit my review-Jan 3 2019.After posting my original review of the product that stopped working, I was contacted by the seller and they sent me a brand new heating pad at no charge, and they did not require me to send the non-working item back. The new one arrived in 2-3 days as normal Amazon fashion and it is functioning great. I am giving back 2 stars because, while the original pad did fail, the company does look at their reviews and they do seem to care about their customers, which is rare. I was very happy with the experience that I had with them and the fact that they took the time to try to contact me to make it right. This also came at the perfect time, as I was just trying to find another heating pad that was large like this and was having a hard time finding one that was the same dimensions. Some come close but most are not 24x24. I absolutely love the size of this pad. This new pad is heating consistently and I have had no issues with it so far. I use it a few times a week. At this point I would recommend this pad to anyone who needs a large heating pad, especially as you can contact the company if you have any problems with the item as they have excellent customer service.

I bought this heated blanket for my dad after we went through two brands that never got hot, and/or they had bulky remote controllers that was way too outdated and just ugly looking. He loved this so much that I decided to get one for myself! It's AMAZING. The remote is more modern-looking and convenient, we love that it's digital, and the highest setting is actually hot. It also has a timer for when if you sleep with this, it will eventually turn off so you won't get overheated. Another bonus: the blanket is just thick enough to keep you warm even without putting the heater on, it is smooth and shiny to the touch, and feels so great and cozy. I wish it came in more colors, but the grey color is fine, and fully fits over a queen size bed. There's not any negative thing to say about this. This is about as perfect as a heated blanket as you can get at a reasonable price, and that gets delivered impressively fast, and does exactly what it's supposed to do and more.

This was such a great buy. It’s HUGE!!! It heats up very fast and the cord is very long. I love that I can stay warm, while still having my AC on in my home for others. I would definitely buy it again.

Este es un producto sumamente maravilloso, porque en temporada de Dic-Marzo en la ciudad de puebla, hace un frío tremendo y la verdad el poder tener un calentador (genera un gasto de luz enorme) y soy sincera, con ese frío y las paredes de ladrillo, no ayuda en nada a calentar el cuarto.Pero hablando específicamente de este cobertor/sábana, es una cosa fenomenal, porque puedes configurarlo para que se apague de forma automática una vez iniciado el calentamiento, (puede ser desde 1 hora hasta 8 horas, y va desde los 30°C hasta los 44°C)¿Como lo uso yo? Primero si yo se que me voy a dormir a cierta hora lo enciendo unos 20-40 minutos, antes de que lo haga, para que así ello haga su función y entonces yo entre a la cama con una temperatura 🌡 mayor a la del cuarto.¿Donde debería de colocar el cobertor? La verdad es que yo tarde un poco en acomodarme porque me lo ponía encima, a veces abajo, y bueno, no sabía, hasta que lo puse tal cual sobre el colchón, posterior a ello puse el cubre colchón, seguido de la sábana de cajón, y por si fuera poco, me tapo con un duvet (Recomiendo los de IKEA, puedes usar el que es frío o literal comprar el que es super super caliente) y con eso, no paso absolutamente nada de frío, al menos esta técnica me funcionó super bien, porque así ya no es necesario tener tantas Sábanas sonre ti.Ojalá con mi reseña pueda ayudarte a despejar algunas dudas. Es un producto de excelente calidad, y por el precio, vale mucho la pena, ya que al lagar la cuenta de luz, no es nada comparado a que si compras un calentador (que ni te va a mantener caliente toda la noche, vas a pasar frío y peor aún, los gastos van a ser exagerados).

La manta es suave y cómoda, pero el sistema de calentamiento no funciona adecuadamente, y a pesar de tenerla en la temperatura máxima por más de 2 horas, sólo se calentó de manera parcial y tibia.
