Light is compact and fits nicely in oddly configured spaces. (Low ceiling, narrow, etc) It produces both up light and downlight, negating the usual decision for figuring out which direction you'd like to direct the light. Installation is straight forward. Nothing unique or out of the ordinary when compared to installing a similar style light purchased from any other store. Fit and finish is good. It's snug, no gaps, and the finish is consistent and clean. It isn't as bright as (at least I) expected, but it's not dim by any means. It's satisfactory for a small full bath, or ideally a half bath. I wouldn't use it in a location that would be someone's primary "make-up" location. LED lights are integrated, so you can't just swap bulbs to up the lumens. All in all, it was a good choice for my location and needs. Price point was important and on that, it's a better than expected item.

Upon arrival, I was not overly impressed with the metal weight but it was a low price. Having a very old junction box that's very shallow with lots of connections the heavy wiring takes up most of the space. I had to add an extension to prevent the wires from pushing the mounting plate or bending it. It is thin and these are heavy gauge wires from 70 years ago. Mine did have the standard black/white wires, unlike another review I had read. After I had it on the wall I was very happy with the look and brightness.

Beautiful light, but when we removed old fixture, this one didn’t cover opening, it was a few inches too small, so be sure to measure your opening first, not their fault, it was my mistake, had to return, but had it fit, I would have kept it, It’s lovely!

This light is beautiful and it makes the bathroom look more elegant!! It came with a instruction and it was very easy to understand and install!! The brightness of the light is excellent and the style of the light was very good!! It was the same as the picture and it gives pretty amount of lighting!! The quality of the light is also perfect!! I love this a lot!!

The brightness is great, and the fixture is solid, but I had to drill a hole into the body to accomedate for cabling. The design of the thing relies on the assumption your junction box is going to be inches away from the location the fixture will be installed. My box was at least a foot below where this was going to be mounted, thus I drilled a hole into the housing to allow room for a chord.

So perfect! I could sit this on my vanity, fix it to the wall, or use command strips to attach it right to the vanity It's the PERFECT makeup light; so it evenly distributes light unlike a lamp. It is also super bright but not so bright that I can't see or my eyes sting. It also looks very classy! I love it!

These are very, very bright and almost give a fluorescent light. I'm going to find somewhere else in my home for them as they are too bright for the narrow mirror they flank. I have missed the return window so I'll make the most of them. My dad installed them and said there were no instructions. The base isn't wide enough to cover the large hole in the wall from the last people and these sit slightly off center/not straight with the bottom pointing into the center.

I guess I saw other reviewers mention it, but you just can't fully grasp from the picture how small and cheap this fixture looks until you see it in person and feel it. I bought this for a rental and I would be embarrased to install it in even a rental and have someone look at it and think I may have picked that out. I returned it to Amazon and wen't to my local big box and bought one 10x better for about the same money. Another thing, the wire colors on this are blue and brown. Any light wiring that cannot conform to the standard white and black is very suspect to me. If the manufacturer cannot get the wire colors correct, how do I trust the rest of the product?

This vanity light added a nice touch over my bathroom mirror. But do not use it as the only light in a bathroom. It will not be bright enough. Installation was very easy and it looks nice

I absolutely love these lights. They are perfect in our main bathroom. They not only give bright light but the quality of light is perfect... really really true light...neither too warm nor too cool. Plus they look great in my opinion. Great price point when compared to big box stores. Definitely reccomend!

I had to take the time to submit an update on this product. After posting the review below with one star, the seller reached out to me and offered to send me a brand new, brighter, light at no cost to me and also offered to allow me to keep the light I had initially purchased. This was honestly a very kind offer but the light he offered to send me wouldn't work for the space in question. I wasn't looking for a freebie and told him that since the new light wasn't one I could use in the space, I didn't need him to send it to me. In response, he immediately issued me a full refund for the purchase price of the light. While the light is not what I hoped for, I do have to say the seller went above and beyond to "make it right" and I truly appreciate that. We bought this fixture as part if our renovation of our very small powder room. All the reviews talked about how bright it was but it isn’t at all. The space we are lighting is only 7 feet long by 40 inches wide (as I said, VERY small space) and this light does not illuminate it at all! I wasn’t looking for super bright lighting; it’s not like anyone is doing makeup in that room at all, but holy cow, it’s so dim we will have to replace it. Total waste of money which is really disappointing because I love the look of it.
