Very ok. It does its job especially if you have a fresh aquarium and it needs to be cycled. It helps the aquarium not to take off and make bacteria in the filter faster. Recommended

Good bio boost
This is the best bio boost I have used in a long time. It keeps the ammonia levels down, it's value for money, has always kept the water nice and clear and the fish have always been happy, so I would say that this is probably one that keeps the ammonia levels among other things down and keeps my fishtank nice and clear. I have tried others but I am now happy with this product.
