Buy - very convenient
It's a good cart! It is quite easy to assemble. I use it for groceries and don't have issues when going on steps.

Flimsy, Frustrating, and Fails on First Run: Don't Waste Your Money!
This "Utility Cart" is anything but! Save yourself the headache (and the wasted money) and steer clear of this disaster on wheels. From the moment I opened the box, it was a downhill spiral.Firstly, the assembly was a nightmare. The instructions are vague and incomplete, and I ended up needing pliers (which, naturally, weren't included) just to try and force some of the pieces together. After an hour of struggling, I finally had what resembled a cart, but the fragility was immediately apparent. The front wheels are pathetically small and feel like they're made from the cheapest plastic imaginable. The back wheels, with their overly complicated assembly involving a multitude of tiny parts, felt equally flimsy. And that's where the real fun began... or rather, ended. The pin holding one of the wheels in place is clearly inadequate. On its maiden voyage to the grocery store (with a disappointingly small amount of groceries, I might add - this thing holds less than I expected!), the wheel completely detached itself, sending my precious cargo tumbling. And as if the structural issues weren't enough, even storing this rickety contraption is a chore. Because the wheels are constantly rolling forward, it refuses to stay put! This DMI Utility Cart is a complete disappointment. It's poorly designed, frustrating to assemble, structurally unsound, and holds very little. I deeply regret this purchase and strongly advise anyone considering it to look elsewhere. One star is far too generous.

Good cart for the price
I bought this cart in October of 2021. The metal bar holding the back wheels (the axel?) broke this month, snapping in half (July of 2023). It survived for 22 months of heavy use, and for the price, it was well worth it. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but it handled my weekly shopping just fine.My cart had trouble rolling forward since day 1 (the front wheels are very small and get stuck on cracks, small rocks, and things like that), so I just got used to pulling it behind me while walking (which is why the back bar broke, all the weight was on the back wheels). I had no issues pulling it on a sidewalk, a road, through grass, or snow (1-2 inches or less, otherwise the snow would accumulate around the bottom and I'd be dragging the cart and a foot of snow with me eventually). Carrying the cart while folded was easy. There are better carts out there for you and your specific needs. But for the price, this bad boy did the trick for me. I'll be getting a bigger cart next time, but my buddy here was good to me for almost two years. It's hard to complain too much when the alternatives are twice as costly.

Some assembly required
Assembly was fairly easy and quick. There are extra springs, washers, and pins leftover. I plan to use it for groceries and laundry as I now take public transportation and have an 8-block walk home. As long as the sidewalks are shoveled after the snow, this should work well.

YouTube the instructions.
Pros:LightweightSeems to have decent capacityFlat pack shippingCons:HORRIBLE instructions.Required looking for assembly assistance on YouTube.Look, this seems super functional and stores in next to no space, which is awesome. The handle is tall enough to not have to hunch to use it. Also a good thing. It feels pretty sturdy, and says up to 90 pounds. With the bottom brace I believe it could hold that much. But the instructions are not at ALL clear. The black and white photos are very small, but the instructions were written by someone whose first language is not English. We were fortunate enough that looking for utility cart assembly on YouTube turned up something similar to this, because the picture makes it look like the springs go inside the cart frame. They do not They go on either side of the OUTSIDE of the card frame. Do everyone a favor and please rewrite those instructions. I'm an English major I would happily help. All in all this is a decent product for the price. It's going to come in very handy grocery shopping from my wheelchair. Minus two stars for lousy instructions. Other than that yes I would recommend it.
