It Just Works (and also looks great)
I'm not one for custom sleeving cables or paying other people to professionally do it for me, but I found it an extra plus to see these cables come with some exquisite sleeving pre-installed. Oh yeah, it's not all about aesthetics either. These cables work great too. As the description probably says, these cables split one 4-Pin fan header from either a motherboard or fan splitter and allow for two 3-Pin or 4-Pin fans off the same header. I personally don't use a fan splitter and allow software to control and monitor fan speeds from the motherboard headers utilizing 4-Pin fans. For people that have motherboards with limited fan headers, this is a godsend. tl;dr Nice, cool looking cables that work great.

Great splitter cable to help you utilize that precious single case fan connector on your motherboard!!!
The mini ITX motherboard that I used had only one case fan connector, so I used this splitter cable to power the intake and exhaust fans on that one fan connector. It works like a charm. However, only one of the two split end connectors had a 4pin connector, the other only had a 3pin connector. Only the 4pin connector sends the sense signal, and that is expected. Overall, this is a great splitter cable to make use of that precious case fan connector on the motherboard, especially when you are using a mini ITX board. If you wanted to connect more case fans, and you don't want to use molex power from your power supply, this is the cable to get.

Does its job!
Works perfect. I wanted to hook up two 120mm fans that were set up in a push/pull around the water cooling radiator (H60) in the rear of the case. Main objective was to have them be speed regulated off the same CPU fan port and this works perfect to keep them in sync. Most modern MBs only have two auto regulated ports CPU and CPU_OPT (that speed up fans based off CPU temp). Since water cooling setup takes up the CPU_OPT port, you need this splitter if you want to have more than 1 fan for the radiator cooling. 2 Fans is also the max recommended load to run off a single MB fan port. There are some 3x PWM splitters being sold on here but those are a bad idea. The port will not be able to supply enough power for 3 or more 120mm fans. Much safer to stick with the 2x like this product.

I would buy these again without question.
What you see is what you get. I bought these in conjunction with the Cooler Master 120mm fan (4 pack) to install in my Cooler Master HAF 912 case. The fans are connected to the MSI Z97 Gaming 5 motherboard. I bought three of these splitter cables, and used them for the 6 fans I have in my case. All 6 fan cables plugged in very easily, and the splitter cables themselves plugged into my motherboard just as easy. The quality seems to be there and they seem to do the job just fine. All 3 worked and I have zero issues with them, or zero regrets about buying them. If you are in need of fan splitter cables, I would highly recommend buying these.

Awesome good performing braided fan splitter.
Have been using these now for a month or so. I have no complains. I cabled look and feel sturdy and made with some good materials. Wish they were a little bit longer but overall I am very pleased with them. I am using them with sets of corsair high static pressure fans and corsair high air flow fans with no decrease in performance for the fans. The fans perform as if they were using the fan slots on the motherboard. Also one great feature of these cables are that they are braided which make them look awesome.

Comparative Review of Two PWM Splitters
The main difference between this Silverstone PWM Splitter and the very similar Gelid PWM Splitter [ PWM Y Splitter Cable Adapter ] is the length of the cables: The Gelid PWM Splitter has 350 mm (almost 14 inches) of cabling. The Silverstone PWM Splitter only has 100 mm (about 4 inches) of cabling. If you are going to connect two fans from your CPU cooler/heatsink to a single motherboard header, the Silverstone PWM Splitter is the more ideal of the two products. Keeping in mind that the fans themselves will also have their own cable length, the shorter length of the Silverstone PWM Splitter means playing with less cable spaghetti. Aside from that, this product is well made: the cables are sleeved in black and uses matching black connectors as an aesthetic touch. Also, the sense input (the 3rd pin/wire) is properly disabled on one of the two tails so the motherboard does not receive mixed signals. Overall, this is a great quality PWM Splitter.

I was able to go into my CMOS and easily adjust my fan settings
This cable worked perfectly for me. I use this with two Arctic F12 PWM fans and have had no issues with how well they function. I was able to go into my CMOS and easily adjust my fan settings. I use this because of the large heat sink I have on my processor and find this set up keeps my CPU temp down even under extreme use. This product does exactly what it says and is easy to use. The cord is long enough to allow room to connect fans in a variety of setups since not all systems are designed the same. I will answer questions if any one wants to know more.

Noctua's free "splitter" doesn't work, this one does. It's flexible, not stiff
Most of the cheap substitudes are stiff and LONG (way too much!). It creates hassle. But this one is soft and flexible, and thanks god, SHORT. Price is super. Sadly, I own 2 Gigabyte Sniper M3 motherboards and both has 2 DOA fan headers at SYS_FAN1 and 2 (I guess Gigabyte has very limited quality control abilities......). So I have only 2 headers to manage 4 fans. This Silverstone does the job. Remember: Each 4 pin provides 1A of current, while most fans requre 0.25A max (actually even less!). So you can plug (without any extra power) up to 4 (typical) fans to 1 header, and they all can spin at full speed together, if needed. Noctua also provide free splitter with each of their fans but their solution doesn't work properly, they cause both fans speen at max. And it's very hard to unplug, connectors are way too tight. So beware it's free but not hassle free.

I have had no issues at all with this PWM splitter. I am currently using this to connect two Corsair ML120 Pro fans to a Corsair Commander pro and there are no issues at all with PWM control. On some really cheap splitters PWM RPM control can be a bit of an issue, on this it worked perfectly. It is also worth mentioning that the splitter cables are sleeved so they don't stand out like a sore thumb if they are visible in your case.

excellent quality...... does what is serves to do ....would buy again 100%

It was exactly what I expected and works great. My only complaint is the nice sleeved cable makes all my other cables look cheap... but that's a good problem to have!
