I rated this product all 5’s because of it’s softness, very comfortable, relieved my pain and the price was right! It comes with a two plug-in attachment that can be unattached whenever you need to take a break for one reason or another without losing your temperature or timer setting. It has two snaps to keep it in place during use. It covers your back and shoulders. Very easy to operate; just plug it in a wall socket, connect the two cords, set your temperature and timer and you’re all set. Will I recommend? You Betcha!! Betcha!!

I ordered this because it looked like just the ticket for those aching shoulders from too much exertion and old achy shoulders. It lays in place so nicely. It has levels of heat and most importantly it has a timer. No falling asleep with the heat roaring, resulting in an unpleasant happening. Currently my husband is using it occasionally to ease the soreness from a surgery on his neck. It helps him relax and get some rest. I think it might be just as good in other areas too, maybe a sore hip or arm or leg. It's nice and soft ... it's great.

I have been looking for something just like this for a year! It works great there’s plenty of length on the power cable that I never feel completely tied down. it warms from the neck all the way to the middle of my back and lower back the first night I had it it got really hot fast so it’s warms up really quickly and it was amazing!!! I have noticed though - every time since then that - the heat fluxes- it’s intermittent. Hot then off cycle not related to the timer setting. so I’m not sure what that’s about but for the most part it’s awesome I highly recommend it and I’m guessing maybe it just gets too hot so it shuts off and then re-warms - that’s the gist of it. it’s incredibly soft and comfortable and soothing!! I love it!

The product came quickly and was as described. The quality of the product is good, and there were instructions included. The heating wrap works great. I have tried traditional heating pads, they are too small to cover the area I need. This fits around me and has snaps to hold it in place. The heat can be felt from the lower back, up to the neck and shoulders. It even has a timer, which is nice. I highly recommend this product!

First off, high setting does not reach 140 F. Not even close. Second, a good chunk of the pad isn't even heated. There is some heat on the neck, but the shoulder pads are cold. The back portion only has heat in the middle, so the edges are cold. Third, the company advertises a 12 hour response time. I've been waiting for a response for 9 days. If you want customer support, don't pick this company. There are nice things about the product. It is super soft and comfortable. So if you are looking for a soft blanket that warms you a little bit, this is exactly what this product is! If you are looking for the product in the description - that's not what you are gonna get. (My goal was pain relief. Goal not achieved.)

The first one I ordered cooled down right after it heated up. I received a replacement within 2 days. I have been using it for about 30 minutes and it did get cool once, but heated back up. I like continuous heat, but going to give it a longer period if use. I am purchasing a different one and may still return if heat doesn't stay long enough. Very soft and comfy. Relieves pain when it is hot. Overall I like the concept but unsure of quality.

This is my honest review. I love love love this heating pad. Everything came in a very nice box. When I took it out the box I couldn’t believe how soft it was. The the stitching looks good and the buttons click on good. Now I hate reading instructions but this was really quick and easy. Just plug it up and your ready to go. I love that it has 2 parts for the plug so if I had to detach the pad to get up I don’t have to unplug the other part from the wall. The heat kicked in instantly. I thought I would have to wait for it to warm up. T"he 3 levels of heat is great. I highly recommend this product. I have osteoarthritis in my neck, back and knees with muscle pain, and nerve damage. It just feels good😊

I just got this today and have already used it. I needed something for my neck and shoulders and this fits perfectly. It's soft and cozy and wrapped around the shoulders and neck easily. The snaps on the front make it easy to fit it to me and hold it there so I don't have to use my hands to keep it in place. The neck piece fits up against the neck and is soft enough that my neck doesn't get pushed forward like the corn bag I was using before. I like that it have three different temperatures and three different timers that automatically shut off.
