Nice Lego base plates!

Item came very quickly and was just what I was looking for.

They work great with legos.

Works great with standard size legos.

My kids have a ton of LEGOs, and we have some tables set up for them to try to keep their creations all in one place. However, what we have been needing were some nice base plates as a basis for their building projects.These plastic base plates are basically the same as the 10x10" LEGO base plates. They are the same size and appear to be the same thickness. The edges are slightly rounded too, just like the LEGO brand (which I thought would be nicer if the edges were perfectly square, so that they blend together if you created a tabletop surface with them, but I'm glad they match the LEGO plates).The only differences are that there is, of course, no LEGO logo stamped on each raised circle.Our set has a few imperfections in the circles, but they were extremely slight and had absolutely no bearing on using it with the LEGOs.I also noticed a little bit of warping, but it wasn't noticeable once the kids had put together a little LEGO town.LEGO products seem to all be pricey, so it is nice to see a lower-priced alternative, although it would be nice if the price were a little lower (maybe 50-75% the cost of the regular LEGO brand plates).I received this product in exchange for my honest review. We have been using LEGOs (mostly LEGO Friends) sets for many years, so this was a much overdue, much needed addition to our many LEGOs!

Growing up, yeah in the 80's, we didn't have these huge base plates. We had the green bases, which I remember building houses galore! I even remember collecting tree frogs from the local park and surprising my mom with a frog house, she wasn't too excited about that. I love LEGOS, I love that my kids are getting into it and even better that they've now got girl themed collections. My daughter just turned 4 and loves the princesses, so for her birthday she got a few collections. I loved putting them together with her, I actually have re-kindled the love of legos.. I love that these bases can hold several of the princess collections, so it's like a princess village.My boys have been using these as Star Wars and Transformers battle fields as well.. Instead of having our usual pizza friday movie night, we had pizza lego night where we created dream homes. Owen had a hot tub, pool, deck or what he called his "chill-ax" area. We had so much fun and these boards are just so easy to work. Lots of fun, I highly suggest these!!A product was given in exchange for an honest review, ALL opinions are my own.

These worked great in our Lego building station! I super glued them down to an ikea book shelf. They glue easily, and work well with all the legos we have. They are as good as the name brand in terms of quality for a much smaller price. Would highly recommend
