I am a big fan of the Oh Yeah One protein bars and have been a consistent buyer of the variety pack sold on Amazon. After I saw this flavor on Instagram, I knew I had to purchase it and I am so glad I did. The flavor is so delicious, not so sickly sweet but I feel the red velvet was a miss. I do not taste the red velvet flavor but would I order this bar again... heck yes! The macros on this bar are also on point to my fitness and wellness goals.

They were okay. They do not taste like red velvet cake to me. I think I just don’t like protein bars in general. I just feel like I am eating something that has been super processed.

Taste: 8/10 - You know its a protein bar, but you can imagine it to be "like an oreo." Aftertaste was not really bad or good, just okay.Texture: 9.5/10 - Outer coating is sweet, non tacky like icing. Will stick to your finger if warm. Inside soft, chewy, doesn't stick too bad to teeth.Nutrition: 8/10 - Good between meal snack, cant justify as a meal replacement. No apparent GI distress, decent protein boost.Overall: I enjoy these more than Quest bars due to texture, taste, cost, and less GI distress. I disliked they didnt keep me as full as Quest bars.Male, Mid-30s, Weightlift 5-6 hrs / wk.

I love all of the ONE protein flavors I have Tried, but birthday Cake and Cookies and Dream top the list!! And I’m super picky!

Terrible taste

Damn this is good. The bar is soft and moist, and it's almost like biting into a cake ball - it has a cake-like texture that's just a bit denser and moister than a regular slice of cake. There are small bits of chips in the bar providing texture, and overall the flavors are just on point. I wouldn't say it has a strong cream cheese flavor, but overall it's still a great protein bar.

I love almost all of the One Bars. I have rave reviews about most of them. The red velvet flavor just isn't my favorite. It doesn't have a great chocolate flavor, and the coating just seems off. This was a miss.

These are literally the ONLY protein bars I can eat - they taste great with no icky after taste.
