Should be a felony for a Transgender female to have facial hair!
Being Transgender facial hair ain't! Can't do it! It's appalling to have even a shadow; maybe en worse than a beard. So I take no shortcu8on making sure I have no sign of any facial hair. I have paid upwards of $500 on electric razors and bought about every razor from every brand from that price range on down seeking the best shave. And found these little Brain M 60 and M 90 to outperform them all! At a serious fraction of the cost too! I do run a dry single or double edge Bic over everything just to make sure I caught any stragglers. People think I get electric treatments my face is so bare. I don't. These are the best farm razors ever made. So tough! So efficient! A set of AA Amazon Essentials last a month! I use it in the tub and shower sometimes too; truly waterproof. Keep it clean and don't dent the foil and you wi6get years of shaved. I don't bother with replacing foils. At this price buy a new razor if dinged. Get one! You will love it!

Have shaver will travel
I got one free years ago when I bought my series 8. Left it in a hotel.Had forgotten about it then saw this one and bought it. Best 20 bucks I ever spent.

Good for a travel shaver
Seems well made but didn't shave close enough for daily use. Relegated to my car for travel use and last minute backups.

Disappointed with My Braun M60b Purchase
I recently purchased the Braun Electric Razor for Men (M60b) and unfortunately, it's fallen short of my expectations in several ways. My biggest frustration is that it simply does not cut close enough. Even after multiple passes, I'm left with noticeable stubble that makes me look like I haven't shaved properly - definitely not the clean-shaven look I was hoping for.The shaving experience itself isn't pleasant either. Despite Braun's reputation for gentle shaving, this model has created significant irritation on my neck and jawline. I've tried using it both wet and dry, but the irritation persists regardless of technique or pre-shave preparation.Another major disappointment is its practicality for travel. I specifically bought this thinking it would be convenient for business trips, but it's actually very bulky compared to competitors. It takes up too much space in my toiletry bag, and the protective cap doesn't stay on securely, which concerns me when packing it.The battery life is decent, but that advantage is overshadowed by the underwhelming performance and impractical design. For anyone considering this model, I'd recommend looking at alternatives that offer a closer shave and more travel-friendly design.

Have the right expectations and this is a good deal
I have gone back and forth on electric razors for years between wanting one and backing off because of some review I saw. I like how close a regular razor works, and would even do a straight blade if I had the patience or the time, but when I saw this and how cheap it was, figured it was worth a try and I have been pleasantly surprised.A lot of the reviews out there are not setting the proper expectations for this product. It is a TRAVEL electric razor, not some high dollar 7 or 9 series Braun (at the time of writing this, they are pretty universally considered the industries best/standard). What can you expect when people compare a $17 razor to a $200+ razor? So with the right expectations, here are some things to note that I like and don't like (and a few comments):1) It runs on AA batteries. Nothing worse than going on a trip and thinking "nah, I can avoid bringing the charging cable" only to have the built in battery die on you 3 days into the your 7 day trip. With this, pop into the hotel gift shop and grab a set of AA's and you're back in business.2) This is an electric razor....DO NOT press it hard into your skin! Not only will you wear out the blades and guard, but you risk the razor cutting you. You glide it over your skin so the hairs can go in the guard and be cut by the blade.3) The built in rotating cover and brush are handy so everything is in one unit while traveling.4) For $17 (price when I bought it), while traveling if I need to cut weight for my bag or it breaks or it gets lost or forgotten, its not the end of the world. Yeah, it is annoying but I'm not going to let $17 affect my mood or ruin a trip. Taking my family to McDonald's for dinner costs more than that! Skip a meal or 2 like that and eat at your hotel/home and you can buy a replacement with the savings.5) Don't expect this to be high dollar quality. It will last you awhile but if you use it daily for 6 months or more, you got your value out of it and go buy another one. The replacement blades and cleaning cartridges for the high end Brauns will cost you upwards of $60 a year or more on top of the $200 price tag of the unit...You could get 3 of these travel models for the cost of the maintenance of the 7 series in 12-18 months. And if one of these lasts you 6+ months...3 will last you 18+ months so you just saved yourself the $200 initiation fee to be in the 7 series club and still have an OK shave.6) It does an OK job for a shave but you can't have a lot of growth so it is a daily use kind of a razor. If I miss a day, its easier to get back to the electric razor routine after using shaving cream and a manual razor for a day.My expectations were accurate for traveling and the convenience of being able to shave while I am going about my business with kids, work, etc which helps me get a few minutes more of sleep at night on those rough days. Not for a daily use product expecting an excellent smooth shave. If that's what you want, my bet is an electric razor is not for you. Remember to have the right expectations for the product and this turns out to be a good deal.

Braun Travel Razor
This past summer I had to replace my main electric razor. I had used a Panasonic Arc 5 wet/dry razor. I decided to try the Braun 9 Sport which allow wet or dry shaving. I found the Braun to be a more comfortable and closer shave. I also used the Panasonic battery operated travel razor when traveling. I experienced razor burn and the shave was not close with the Panasonic travel razor. I decided to try the Braun M60 travel razor given the quality of shave I was getting with the Braun 9 Sport. The Braun M60 is battery operated and small compared to the size of the Braun 9 Sport. The cost was also a factor. I was surprised to learn how well the Braun M60 performed. I like to shave with lather and found this little razor to provide a comfortable shave without razor burn. Yes, it does take a little longer to shave with a battery operated razor but I believe I have found a very good travel razor.
