Great book, some lovely activities to use with kids. Easy to follow instructions

Great book to work through, lots of different bits to do.

Nice little book due to lockdown no chance to put it into practice yet. X

I got this for my autistic sister and she loves it! She said it’s really helped her understand herself and her anxieties. She said it’s been a great activity to do for 1/2 hours a day (or it get too much) during this pandemic. It’s made her consider having therapy which is something she used to be totally afraid of
