This makes a great cup of tea!
I had been using smaller infusers for a single cup or a metal pot for larger batches and this replaced them both. The tea tastes shaper somehow. It was delivered on time, it was clean and works great.

I don't understand all the good reviews
This thing is impossible to clean, unless I'm missing something. You can't remove the bottom of the filter basket to clean it and tea/water accumulates there and mildews. This thing is horrible.

Help....anyone!!
I am unable to use this pot. Can't figure out how to remove thedefuser and instructions are at the bottom of the pot. So it is basically useless to me.
