Need some improvement in packing since one of Pack’s lid was partly opened in transit and chocklet powder was splashed on lid

Strictly avoidable....a fake product in all the probability.
The product delivered looks far different from what is shown here. The quality of the stuff is also exceptionally poor - full of lumps and hard chunks of damp chocolate powder. Very bad taste, either it is a fake or duplicate product or a very old box. There is no mention of the import date and also the address of importer. Strictly avoid.

My kids are obsessed with hot cocoa and I’m not thrilled with all the ingredients in the Swiss miss brand they had before. This Cadbury one had way less bad ingredients and even tasted so much better. I felt the amount for the price was a lot better too.
