One of my favorite books. If your intrested in how psychedelics work this is a good read. You will learn a lot from this book.

This was a great book! It was informative, easy to read, and had nice flow. I learned new things and enjoy the read. I was disappointed that the title was a bit misleading having minimal information on 5MEO-DMT and MDMA, but still absolutely worth it!

Terribly written. Incoherent. There's even a typo on the cover.

If you knew absolutely NOTHING about Psilocybin mushrooms, and were in middle school, this would seem akin to getting a "witch's spellbook" in a parochial school; enticing idea, poor execution. If we forgive some basic proofreading (even scholarly works occasionally miss something), we still have a lot of incomplete proofreading. Misspellings, grammatical errors, incomplete sentences and thoughts, etc. The writer may be a dedicated pharmacologist, but certainly not a dedicated writer. Very often, he points out preparations for mushrooms without explaining why. The "trip reports" are not in the tripper's own words, but a very short and incomplete synopsis of his reading of the trip report with an occasional quotation from said report. It's far from a "bible" (meaning authoritative work), but more of a bibliography and it most certainly is not "everything you need to know". If this book were more expensive, I'd be returning it for a refund

Poorly written & researched, don’t waste your money on this drivel. The author misspells Stamets as “Stamet” & Wasson as “Wisson”, within the first few pages w/multiple lazy references bahhh.

This book may be 3 books in one, idk. I do know it has, The Beginners Introductory Guid To Dmt in it. which I almost bought separately with thus book. All in all it's an alright book.

The Psychedelic Bible è il libro per iniziare un po' a masticare un po' su questo mondo fuori dal comune. Molto consigliato per chi vuole conoscere un po' si più sul mondo psicadelico. Copertina flessbile.

Amazing book! Full of useful information

This book is a chaotic and superficial introduction into psilocybin, LSD and DMT. It's confusingly structured, (Right in the middle, there's an "Afterword" and, for some reason, an advertisement for this very book itself), and unfortunately doesn't even have a table of contents. Some questions come up multiple times and are repeatedly discussed, just slightly differently worded, so at times reading the book feels like you're listening to the train of thought of someone drunk. Although the title says "Everything you need to know about [...] MDMA", MDMA is only mentioned in one section that offers a shallow comparison to other drugs. The book doesn't contain any references to other sources: In the first few chapters there are a few numbers in brackets, like this [7], but the book contains no section with notes or a bibliography, so it's just funny numbers. Altogether, pretty disappointing. I'd recommend the books "The Psychedelic Explorer's Guide" (Fadiman) or "How to change your mind" (Pollan) instead.

A must buy if you're new or even experienced to psychedelics, you'll learn lots either way from an unbiased point of view
