Does this have any safety certification？

Have had mine a couple of months... arrived with a foil/poly sticker/tape label attached to the non tank adapter end of hose... label indicates PSI rating and hose size - label also carries two ICONS... One appears to be and E and a Q merged together... the other icon is the registred mark for CSA complete with US and the R notations... I would assume they cannot use that certification mark without permission.

This looks like a great hose but it’s unclear if I need a filter for a Buddy heater to keep oil from leaching into the system? Most reviews say not?
