First of all, I’d like to say my whole family has fallen in love with this water dispenser! The cold water is cold (just as cold as if it was in the fridge) and the hot water is steaming hot. I’m sure if you have many cups to fill the results would be different. But a cup here and there is fantastic temps! We are definitely drinking more water now! (And nobody is fighting over who is to refill the jug in the fridge now!) I love the option for room temp water too! That way I can make a pitcher of koolaid and use the filtered water without using up all the cold stuff. I love that you can use a 3, 4 or 5 gallon jug with this! The drip tray slides out super easy to drain and clean. When the machine is heating or cooling the water, there is a slight hum like your fridge might have. But once it’s done heating/cooling and the lights turn off, it’s quiet again. But seriously the hum is barely noticeable unless you are right next to the machine. I like that there are buttons to push instead of levers. Is a sleek, beautiful design, and feel the buttons will last. The lock on the hot is a safe feature, and still simple to use with one hand! We have a super small house, so I’m glad we went with this counter top model… we actually have it sitting on a wooden tv tray, pushed as close to the wall as it can go without touching the back coils. Eventually we will put it on something more stable, but totally works for now! The taste of the water with this unit is fabulous. It works better than expected! And the value for the money is absolutely worth it! Have I mentioned I love this product? ❤️

Expensive but worth it! Water tastes great no funk, flows fast and good, easy to use, not too noisy, looks beautiful, super cold and super hot!

Worked great at first, a little noisy but nothing terrible. Used a Culligan Zero Water gravity tank from day one. After about 2 months the water coming out tastes fishy and smells like broken down plastic! TDS readings used to be 0 with the Culligan and water coming from the filter is still 0 but is over 300 coming out through the cooler! Complete trash now as I can not get the smell out of it.

Beautiful BIG 3 gallon water dispenser, BUT concerningly NOISY. Day 2 of use and this thing is louder than my LG full size fridge. Honestly we can hear the cooling cycle from our bedroom. It does make cold water and hot water fine; that’s what it’s designed for. But for $200 I’m not sure if I can accept the annoyance of this Premium Brand dispenser, Made in China, manuf date 07/2022. -9 month update: the “Noise” has worked itself out or I have gotten used to it. No mechanical issues or defects. So far this item is serving my family well. I even received compliments on it from guests.

Quedamos encantados! Lo recomiendo 100%. Desde que la tenemos se acabó el montón de plástico en botellitas pequeñas. Se ve hermosa en nuestra cocina, muy buena calidad y el agua realmente te sale súper caliente o súper helada. Solo debes tener la botella apropiada de 3 o 5 galones, yo preferí la de 3 galones porque es la que me queda perfecta en el espacio que tengo, pero puedes poner de 2, 3 y 5. Nosotros compramos 3 pero vale la pena el gasto porque es el recipiente que estarás usando para mantener agua. Además antes gastaba alrededor se $20.00 semanales en paquetes y paquetes de agua, hoy solo gastamos menos de $6.00 semanales al rellenar mis botellas. Antes de comprarlo leí algunos comentarios que decían que el dispensador hacía mucho ruido pero no es todo el tiempo, solo es para mantener el agua helada y caliente y en lo personal para todo el beneficio que me da, el ruido me es indiferente. Mi familia está contenta y el precio es muy accesible a comparación de otros dispensadores.

Have had it a few years now and it’s pretty remarkable. Clean tasting and so far no issues. Highly recommend. Worth the money. Our city water is disgusting so this is a daily use for us. Love it.

great size i have it on my little coffee station and it does not take up to much space, water gets cold fast , looks great doesn't look cheap!! well worth what i paid,will recommend 100%

There are 2 different widths on the Amazon listing, and I was nervous it wouldn't fit on my 12" spot, but it fits perfectly and does the job! HOT and ice cold water instantly and room temp... all work great and the red switch is just hard enough to keep the kiddos from getting burned. I'll update if I have any issues, but so far so good! ***I use the zero water filter for it, so I can filter rain water into it. Mike Adams tested all water filters and zero water and berkey were the best but berkey is now closing according to their emails. So, after the initial investment, we are set on fresh water for a LONG time.

Absolutely cannot use this dispenser in the UAE. Tried using an adapter but was useless. Worked for about 10 seconds and it quit.

This would be my third water dispenser over the years, but thought I would try this brand. The motor when it goes on, is excessively loud. With the drip tray installed, a 500ml water bottle does not fit under the spout. The spout is difficult to see because of the black plastic housing. The water out of the hot tap tastes plastic-y even though I used a full 3 gallon bottle to rinse. The water is dispensed with 3 push buttons - can see them failing over time. On the plus side, the temperatures were good, but I am returning and going back to my previous brand.

If you can get the metal sides to stop rattling it is still at least 3 times louder then my fridge. Water could be colder no temperature adjustment.
