Raised my iron levels. There was definitely an after taste. It caused constipation wo a stool softener is highly suggested.

Love this stuff. I am anemic and have been for years. I tried to just get my iron up naturally, but it never worked. Since taking this product, I’ve felt so much better and I’ve had more energy. My only thing is if you let it sit in your mouth a few seconds too long, there’s a weird after taste. Easy to take tho besides that
