How would i fit this to a pole?

... you can't directly, you need to build a sandwich from 2 pieces of plywood, and add a small shelv, so you can catch the bracket , or you can buy a special clamp for pole called laser level bracket for pole

does this work with the DTO3cg laser level ?

I imagine it would as it uses the standard 1/4 unc thread mount like most if not all cameras.

does it come with a carry case

Unfortunately not, a descent cardboard box but no carry case. And have to say excellent build quality and an excellent bit of kit.

Will this work with my Bosch pole?

As long as you have the Bosch bracket, that’s supplied with the pole, then use that to screw into the the base of the fine adjustment and your off. I use mine this way and it’s perfect.
