I found out I don’t like gliding.
I tried this and one or two other gliding workouts and found I don’t like them. Too repetitive and it doesn’t seem to get my heart rate up. If you need to be careful of your knees this one would be good for you.

A workout with Innuendo
I love gliding, and Mindy Mylrea's DVD's are terrific. Mindy is a National and World Aerobic Champion. Her DVD's are well produced and her cueing is excellent! Mindy is a great instructor! I have tried two other instructors DVD's (Cathe Friedrichs and Valerie Waters), and Mindy's DVD's are by far the safest and most accurate (especially for beginners). Her workouts include accurate counting of repetitions good instruction / cueing, and safe use of speed. Her demonstration of exercises (for different levels of intensity) are very good too. Unfortunately, this is my least favorite of Mindy's DVD's. The girls get a little silly, saying things like "mount your slides" etc. The DVD would be better without all of the innuendoes. I can appreciate Tricia Murphy's talent, but overall I found her portion of the DVD to be distracting, thus my workout wasn't as good as it usually is. However, the exercises done in the "plank position" are quite challenging, and it's a good DVD to use for a change of pace.

Easy to build off routines but still just an exercise DVD
I started Gliding about four or five years ago. However, after I moved, I did not pull out my discs for about two years. Since I wanted to pull them out again and forgot some of my past exercises, I thought I'd give one of the new DVDs a try. I really like Mindy. She's easy to follow and provides suggestions for beginners to modify the exercises and learn the techniques before trying to go all out and injuring yourself. Mindy is definitely an experienced trainer, knowledgeable, and keeps Gliding fun. The exercises that are presented in this DVD are easy to build upon when you get comfortable or more experienced with Gliding.The only thing that I don't like about the DVD is the short length. Sure it's a 50min workout - but that includes stretching and cool down (which I already knew). If you are new to Gliding, I definitely recommend the DVD. If you have experience Gliding, I'd keep in mind that you probably know 25% of the DVD already. This DVD also includes exercises from Tricia Murphy (Urban Striptease). I prefer the Gliding style of Mindy, but that's my personal preference. Since both ladies present the material on this exercise video, I just paid attention to Mindy rather than Tricia (who uses a slightly more seductive movements than Mindy's modest and sporty approach).Gliding is a great exercise that is easy for ANYONE to do. The discs are very small compared to other exercise equipment; and unlike many pieces of exercise equipment, discs can easily be tucked into your decor without calling attention to them. The concept was actually developed from paper plates, which I think is pretty cool.
