I bought some LED light strips that were wider than I expected, and wider than all my other LED channels. So when I found these, I put in an order right away. They come with your standard install hardware so you can mount them with clips or adhesive. I used the clips for my install. The LED strips I bought have a little less than a mm of clearance on each side of this channel. The diffuser works well, giving the lights a really smooth look. Also the channels are pretty deep, so you need some bright lights. Great option for strips over 12mm wide.

We recently installed the hunhun 20‑Pack 6.6 ft (2 m) Plus‑Size U‑Shape LED Aluminum Channel System, and I couldn’t be happier. For someone who wants LED light, this aluminum profile kit has taken my lighting setup to the next level.

Unlike like the majority of LED channel out there that says "For 12mm LED strips" this one actually is. All others that have an internal width of 12.0 - 12.7mm wide will NOT fit the common LED strip connector pieces inside. Meaning those small, clear plastic pieces you clamp on with pliers to either extend the strip or attach the wires. This channel is wide enough to fit those connector pieces inside and put the cover on. More on the cover in a sec. The accessory bundle is really nice. Comes with the mounting clamps and enough hollow wall anchors to put the channel up on drywall in your room. Comes with shorter screws as well for mounting directly to cabinets or under furniture. For installation, you need to draw a line or very carefully line up the holes you make for mounting the clips. If you "eyeball it" the clips will not line up and you won't be able to clip the track into the mounting clips. This is for any LED channel, not just this one. The channel cuts easily and cleanly with a wood chop saw (miter saw) and the covers you can cut with a good pair of scissors. You could use a hacksaw to cut the channel if you don't have a chop saw. Those covers. Grrrr! The product video shows you how to mount the covers and that method is the general idea of how to do it. It goes that easily if the channel is facing up, like in the video. How many installs will have the channel facing up? You have to get the top edge of the cover into its' groove in the channel and then snap the bottom part into its' groove in the channel. Putting one, 6-foot cover onto one piece of channel will take you anywhere from 1 to 20 minutes, depending on your skill and more than a little luck. Once the covers are on, good LED strips with a high density of LEDs per inch look just gorgeous. You don't see the individual LEDs, the strip becomes almost like a neon tube. I've used a few different brands of LED channel and aside from their width and length, they are all basically the same, mechanically. The accessories and instructions they come with sets them apart from each other and this is a good set. Recommended.

Excellent & Consistent product quality; delivery on time

Works great gives you a nice consistent light output when you use an LED strip. I like the fact that it’s over 6 feet long. Usually, I mount these with double-sided tape since they’re not very heavy.

Covers fit really really well, very tight, but not to tight. Clips worked very well. Not deep enough to conceal the LEDs. Made for very good permanent animated Christmas lights that are nearly invisible from the street when not in use!

With this option I was able to add under the counter lights in the kitchen, pantry, and laundry room. The added clips are a great function in case you have to change out or repair a section.
