Works great with Sennheiser HD 350BT headphones
I needed a low latency wireless headphone system to listen to the sound from videos (movies, etc.) while simultaneously having the speakers on. To make that work, you need extremely low latency in the bluetooth wireless system. Apparently the only viable solutions use the Aptx-LL (low latency) audio codec over bluetooth. After reading a bunch of reviews, I decide the Sennheiser HD 350BT headphones were the obvious choice for sound quality, product build and comfort. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B083WS3WPK/. They are very good. Initially I bought a bluetooth transmitter from another manufacturer (not Sennheiser), which supports Aptx-LL. You'd think that all bluetooth transmitters with Aptx-LL support would work with all headphones with the same standards, but that is only partially true. With that first transmitter, sometimes it would work rather well, sometimes the sound quality was bad (crackling noises), sometimes it was hard to connect to the phones, and sometimes the latency was EXTREMELY high, implying something was malfunctioning. The Sennheiser transmitter works great. Excellent sound quality, reliable connections, and extremely low latency. Worth the extra money.

Easy to use and works well!
Over the last several years I've had 2 inexpensive transmitters with rechargeable batteries. It was annoying to have to recharge them, and it didn't take long before the batteries were burned out, making the transmitter unusable. I finally decided to spend more for better quality, and found this one with great ratings and no battery. It's powered by a USB cable that I have plugged into my TV, so it comes on whenever I turn on the TV. Pairing with my headphones was easy, and it works great!

Excellent sound, terrible connection
I bought this because I heard that the main weakness of the Sennheiser Momentum 4 was the awful pairing process. I figured that getting a Sennheiser transmitter would make pairing a breeze, but boy was I wrong. If this box is ever manually powered off, it has extreme difficulty pairing with the Sennheiser Momentum 4, even if the two were previously paired before shutdown. As a sanity check, I tried pairing my headphones with my phone, and it successfully connected within seconds. I powered off my phone, then tried connecting the headphones to this box again, and it took another ten minutes or so before it finally connected. I've heard "Connected.... No Connection!" over thirty times in a row while using this thing. Other than that, it's been fine. I like how it accepts both aux cable and optical. That's a pretty rare input selection for wireless transmitters. Sound quality is as what you would expect from Sennheiser - phenomenal. It rivals the sound quality from my wired headphones from AKG, though your mileage will vary based on your particular setup.

Awful. Horrible. Awkward. HATE THIS but it's the only option I could find for my needs.
This is one of the single most unpleasant pieces of tech I've encountered in years, if not decades. After puzzling around with it, pairing and re-pairing devices, forgetting every one of those devices on every item they were previously paired with and restarting and resetting...I think you get the idea, I've finally gotten it to work, mostly and sometimes reliably. I hate this thing, but it's the best I could find that allows dual Bluetooth devices to share television audio simultaneously. Audio quality is good, but do take note that the 'AptX low-latency audio' is ONLY when a single device is connected. Once you connect (or rather, IF you manage to connect) a second device that much-advertised feature is disabled. Luckily my display has an option to adjust latency of the optical out. This is unpleasant. If I had another option I'd return it immediately. Also, every time you connect the second headphones, they have to be in pairing mode. Every time. I could go on, but I plan on watching the new Alien television show this evening, so I need to start trying to get headphones connected, I only have a few hours left before it premieres. In short, if you need dual-bluetooth headphones connected and use TOSLink/optical, this will do it. Maybe and sometimes anyway. I'm also a Sennheiser fan, have several of their headphones and earbuds and you'd THINK at least their bluetooth earbuds would pair to this easily, but I gave up on those earlier. I'm so very sorry if you end up having to use this.

Paid for New, but got Used
Paid for new, but received a used item. Fortunately, it seems to work fairly well and will probably keep it if it doesn't fail. This would be 4 stars if it was a brand new item. There's some audio lag when watching a TV broadcast, but if used for music it works well with a Bose QC35 - need to pair using Bose app. Range is better than some of the compact transmitters. Update: Returned item as the sound had a lot of static on the line and was no better than some cheaper models.

Works Just Fine
Plug and play - easy to set up and use. Works fine with all the cordless headphones I have (Sony, Bose, Focal). I have tried A/B comparisons with my hard wire Sennheiser HD650s and there is a slight preference for the hardwire over the Bluetooth but honestly I can't say if that is due to transmission quality or the actual headphones themselves. Either way, I'm happy with this unit. I upgraded the mini cable (3.5mm) to a Moon Audio Black Dragon but I don't have good enough ears to tell if this really is an improvement or not.

Stable and great sound quality
I bought this to allow me to continue watching TV in bed once my wife decides to goto sleep. The audio is very clear and unlike some Bluetooth items, it easily will connect to my Sennheiser headphones by simply placing them on my head. I love the simplicity of the connection and the audio quality is amazing. It’s just so natural and effortless.

I turned on my bluetooth Nokia E1200 ANC headphones on and then turned on the Sennheiser BT-100, then pairing occurred seamlessly. The unit connects reliably with my headphones every time. The Sennheiser BT-100 has a much longer range than my phone and I am impressed with the sound quality. I would highly recommend downloading and reading the Sennheiser BT-100 Instruction Manual because it is easier to understand and has more detail than the Quick Guide that is included in the box. For example, the instruction manual advises that the aptX Low Latency codec is not used when more than one bluetooth device is connected to the transmitter or if the connected bluetooth device does not support it.

Vínculo con dificultad algunos auriculares, por ejemplo, los true witesless, no así los "Bud 3 p 4".

I wanted to hook up my Yamaha digital piano to my Bluetooth speakers. Setting it up was a little clumsy but ok (took me half a dozen tries to find out I had to press the Sennheiser twice.) What forced me to return the unit, however, was the horrible latency. It is no better than the $5 brand-less unit I already have. Sorry.
