Are the front pockets sealed at the bottom or could i fit a long screwdriver through

If you are referring to the front and back pockets no they are not sealed and yes you can put a long screwdriver straight through.

What is the height/width/depth of the central pocket? Need it to hold an inventory phone, which is similar to a smartphone but about 1" thick.

The pocket is probably to narrow if it does fit its surely going to cause some wear on ur phone from leather rubbing it

I seen a picture in the reviews but does anyone know how to add a belt clip to this pouch I can’t even seem to find just the clip
