Bought this for my 4-year old grandson. Easy to assemble. Found the video helpful. My only complaint is when I put up the net to have the balls return, the net is too close to the hoop's net and won't allow the ball to release. He still has a lot of fun with the net down though. In addition, one of the L-shaped connectors was defective and barely stays in the rod. Going to remedy this with some tape to make it more snug. Also, one of the loops has ripped--should be easy enough to mend when I have the time. Didn't want to go through the bother of returning the item. Overall, I think it's a good investment.

I bought this for my grandchildren ages 4 & 7. The 4 year old loved it. A few problems with the product was one of the straps on the back was sewn on backwards, the corner pieces were sewn together in ways that make it impossible to put it together correctly & the directions were no help with that issue. I resorted to looking at a folded back strap that will never last flat & duct taped the corner pieces. It's not pretty but as I said earlier, it's a hit with the 4 yr old

My son loved it.. lasted about a week unfortunately. Due to Covid he’s been stuck in the house and played with it daily. The structure isn’t very sturdy/durable. It literally had too many tough shots and went down :( overall good concept.

A flimsy, poorly designed product. Two of the elastic straps that hold the backboard to the blue carry case that hooks onto a door/fence/bed etc. were broken out of the box, so in order to even use it I needed to sew the straps back together. Once that was done, I discovered that one of the plastic rods used to set up the net beneath the hoop was also broken. Luckily, this solved a design problem with the unit, as there is so little clearance between the net and the bottom of the hoop that the balls don't fall all the way though, but now the net just hangs underneath the whole sorry package. If it hadn't been a gift for an excited 4 year old, I would have returned it immediately, but he was excited enough with the balls to just let it be and write off the experience.

This was awesome for my little basketball player to play around in the house. And right before quarantine so it's definitely getting used a ton! Very easy set up, super durable. The ONLY thing is I'm going to try and stabilize it more because it makes so much noise while playing, like really loud, so maybe put some foam or something on the door behind it or double sided tape to keep it from bouncing around so much. But have a very happy 10yr old!

I had to put the backboard on upside down in order for the basket to be high enough for the ball to roll down the net. Otherwise- it worked great!

One of the plastic joints broke instantly while assembling, but otherwise, it's easy to assemble, pretty sturdy and has our toddler thoroughly entertained.

The arms on it broke after 2 weeks or so. Kinda upsetting is very cool.
