Good for diabetics and as electrolytes source
Gatorade Zero is a perfect choice for diabetics (zero carbs, will not raise blood sugar). Lemon-lime flavor is my favorite. Also good at summer when you can lose your electrolytes, Gatorade Zero to the rescue! A good source of electrolytes and can be literally a life saver! I like the 20 oz size bottles, easy to open and then I reuse them for milk etc. A 12-pack fits perfectly in my beach wagon purchased here on Amazon as well. It's a win-win! I highly recommend this drink to anyone! I am on a monthly subscription to this one and LaCroix Sparkling Water; both fit perfectly in my Beach Wagon that I purchased here on Amazon as well (partial quantity pictured).

Got my fluids with no blood sugar spike.
I woke up the other morning and was feeling lightheaded. A couple of different people said it sounded like I was dehydrated and I needed some fluids in my system. I went and grabbed some water but they both suggested Gatorade instead. I'm eating low-carb these days, so I was concerned about the sugar in regular Gatorade. That's when they told me about Gatorade Zero Sugar. It did the trick and didn't make my blood sugar spike. AAA+++
