Just what i needed
I bought these to serve wings. Perfect size for this. Also great for individual fajita plates.

Great for grilling steak over fire pit too!
I used this plate at camping to grill steak over fire pit, and it worked perfect! Great presentation for steak! Reasonably priced and highly recommended!

Round Personal Cast iron - quality issues
This review is for the Round Shape Personal Cast Iron Steak Plate Sizzle Griddle with Wooden Base.Issue No 1. Strong odor of varnish - hopefully that will fade after through cleaningIssue No 2, Chips in finish - visible while still in original wrapper -Issue No 3, obviously NOT seasoned, rust deposit on back of grill plateIssue No 4. surface of grill plate is NOT uniform, many pitsAll that said, I can fix those problems, but am annoyed that I have to.The only reason I am NOT (a) giving a 1 star rating and (b) returning the item is that the size is what I need and have been unable to find one this size or slightly smaller.However, I will not, as originally planned be purchasing a 2nd unit (and am so glad I did not buy two as I was tempted and Will be avoiding this brand in the future.

Be ready to be underwhelmed
The metal part is fine. The wooden base us chipped and cheap. But I don't really plan on using that. I just want the metal plate for the grill. I will not be ordering from this place again.

A really fun way to change thungs up at family dinners. Made well and work well. What I expected.
