Great smooth taste.

Lovely bold coffee

This is delicious coffee and offers a lovely strong and bold blend when used in a Moka pod. I'll be honest and say that I'm not sure where the Guinness element comes in as it's can't decipher anything that tastes remotely like the notes of a Guinness... But i do very much like the coffee. The only thing letting this down is that the price is astronomical. It's double the price (and then some) of other brands for the same size of bag and although I really like the coffee, you're paying a premium for the Guinness branding which is always a shame. If this were more reasonable priced in the £8 region (it was £12.99 at the time of purchase) then it would become a regular purchase for me. At that price it's still a premium price but worth the extra couple quid because I enjoyed it... But at £13 it becomes more of a novelty one-off purchase for me which is a real shame. I was close to giving it 3* because the price is just silly... But if it were under £10 I would have given it 5*.

This coffee has a lovely flavour and is VERY smooth with no sharpness to the taste.

The taste is nothing special related to the Guinness.

I know it may seem silly but I bought this as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend. We originally started talking about Guinness at a party. I had no idea this coffee would have such a good tasty undertone of Guinness. Would order again!

Didn't pay attention to the quantity, that's a hefty price tag for a wee bitty bag of grinds.
