I would say this product s ok .the first one they sent did not work as I did not use it right away I did not know so did not return, how ever when I found out I left feedback saying that it did not work and they contacted me right away and sent me another one and also put a discount to my account. the second one worked perfectly and am very happy .I must say customer service was great and for that I gave them a five star. thank you!

It is quite and works great.
I bought this humidifier to put in my greenhouse to add moister,so my lemon tree and tropical plants would get the much needed moister during the winter due to the dry heat. it works awesome and my plants are loving it. It is a little heavy when full of water, so be careful filling it and putting back on the machine. I am very happy with this purchase.

Stopped working
Had it for 2 years and it stopped working properly. Tank will be full of water but light flashes red like it's empty. If you give it a little kick, it'll work for 5 mins. Up until this month, it worked perfect.

Leaks!
I cannot find anything specifically wrong with my unit. But right out of the box it has leaked. The seal is good enough I can walk around with the tank without it dripping but once it's on the stand within about 10 min or running it begins to make a puddle around the base.

Not what we needed
It worked fine for the short time we had it. Unfortunately, we need a warm mist which this doesn't have.

Wow! .... So quiet
Great product. Barely makes a sound. I have owned other humidifiers with name brand and they are loud compare to this one! Holds enough water to make it thru the night. You won’t regret this purchase.

Leaking when off! Why?
Got it out of the package, set it up and it started leaking. No problem, read the directions again and made sure the water intake valve was firmly in. Then I started it again and it didn't leak! Ran it last evening and then turned off before I went to bed. Got up this morning and it had leaked overnight. It is now sitting in my sink in the kitchen and I now need to return this item. UGH!

Fantastic Humidifier!
Great product ! Produces allot of mist!! Not too convenient when filling. You have to loft the entire water tank by giving it a bit of a jerk so it dislodges,but aside from that, its fantastic!
