Good parchment paper.
Excellent parchment paper. They are big sheets and easy to work on. I used these for a cake decorating class and they used them to practice pipping techniques and was able to easily scrape off the icing.

High quality, easy to use
I used to use a roll of coated parchment paper, but it's not very convenient, tends to roll up, and requires two hands. This is so much easier to use, doesn't roll up on you, very convenient, and you can grab it with one hand.

Fits a large cookie sheet
