Perfect to help recover the rotator cup repair surgery
Brilliant pack for fitness and shoulder rehab. The ability to use the different resistance to increase the effectiveness of the exercise. Can be used to excerise both legs and arms without breaking or stretching out of shape.

The product is simple and straightforward to use. It will last a long time. Being used to repair a shoulder injury under recommendation from osteopath

Great quality set
I love each one of those - pink is the shortest and least resistant, and blue the longest and most resistant. I'm 186cm and I can use the blue one to do romanian dead lifts so it really is nice and long. They all stretch fine and for now don't see them breaking anytime soon - hopefully! The door thingy is a great addition, allowing for extra multiple exercises :)

Fabulous Quality and value for money!
These are fantastic! Excellent value for money, robust and strong. Also a very good length. Superb quality! I am a fitness Inatructor and I was surprised and impressed. They come with a handy door handle too. Will definitely be ordering more!

Great replacement
Good value, getting three bands at once. I bought these to replace one that tore in half after 2 years' use. I'm still using the first of the three bands in this pack, so they are robust for daily stretches.
