Don’t believe the YouTubers that received this product in exchange for a review.Really cheap feeling product that I felt could break within six months of use (outside of return period). The “diamond tip” rubbed off during use so when you looked at the filter it wasn’t necessarily just your dead skin, but the material from the tip as well.Pieces are priced beyond what they are worth. Just one replacement tip is $35?! The markup is huge.The quality isn’t there for what they charge. Save your money and buy something of better quality, even if it’s more.

This company has the best customer service EVER! I love my MicrodermMD and have had it for over two years. I use it regularly. One piece broke and I called to see about the cost of a replacement piece. No hassle.... no questions..... the lady I spoke with said she would send me a replacement piece out the next day free of charge and free of a shipping fee. They are clearly proud of their product and stand behind it even when it was two years old. I'm thinking this team should take over the Customer Service Department for AT&T or Direct TV.

I have owned & done extensive research on several microdermabrasion systems. This one, is by far, is my favorite. I love how it walks you through the process for newbies & once acclimated, allows you to use in manual mode as well. I also love the variation of settings present. It allows you to adjust the suction when need be. I use lower suction on sensitive areas like around my eyes & cheeks. I previously owned a handheld unit, where the entire unit fit in my hand, which is different from this. This one is a bit larger, but very visually appealing. I prefer the “pen wand” instrument, it allows me to treat the areas, I could not effectively treat before. For example, my forehead, with my older unit, I was not able to get a consistent suction ever! I just could not get the angle correct, after months of trying! The trophy skin system, allowed me to easily get to all the areas I was ineffectively treating previously. It is extremely simple to maneuver. I actually started with the Trophy skin infrared light & saw the mind blowing bennifets it had on my skin, so I decided to take the plunge with this device as well, as my expirence with Trophy Skin has been very satisfying.One thing they do not emphasize enough, to keep in mind, make sure you have your cleaning brush out and constantly brushing tip clean during the treatment. I have had NO issues with this system, BUT my previous expirence with a DIFFERENT device, I did not clean the diamond head throughout the duration of the treatment, and the dead skin cells would built up on the tip, and eventually leave scratches on my skin, so be careful. Again, this happened with a different device, just something to keep in mind while treating. I use a kids toothbrush to clean & it works perfect.My favorite part is after the treatment, when you remove the head to change filter, you get to see all the crap that came off, it’s instant an gratification!!!All in all I would recommend this product to anyone, as I have achieved great success with it!

To start, the item arrived without a charger or DVD. I called in order for the items to be sent to me and the lady was rude about it. At the end she agreed to send me the charger and DVD which arrived a week later. When I finally thought everything was okay and tried to use it, the screen on the product never turned on. Can’t say if it’s a good product because I never had the chance to actually use it 😂 Has definitely been a headache and I will be returning it. Very disappointed

I’ve used this three times since purchased. The photo attached is after third time use. All three felt disks looked like this after each use. My skin feels smooth and soft. My makeup looks flawless. I love this machine and am very happy with this purchase.

I've had this machine for less than a month, used about 5 times, and its lost its suction. I made sure to change the filter and clean with the brush everytime I did a different spot on my face and after each use. For the amount of money I've paid it was not worth it!

The overall look of the product appearance did not show that it is a quality proflduct. The cover had scratches, the inside container had black particles looking like small hairs. The plastic on the mirror was not placed properly and seem that I was sent a used product. This is a very expensive product but very dissatisfied with quality upon opening the box.

I have been using my machine about twice a week. I used to go for monthly microdermabrasions at my dermatologists office, and I see no difference between that and doing the procedure myself. Well, there is one difference - I don't rush/am more thorough. It makes my skin feel smooth, and even more importantly, allows skin products to sink into my skin. I highly recommend it.**update: 1.5 years down the road, the area of the vacuuming tube, right above the little pad, broke. A tip can no longer fit over it (fits, but air escapes). I haven't downgraded the stars because I'm planning to get another unit - I found it that effective, and it saved a lot more money as compared to going to a doctor or spa for microdermabrasion. My sister and niece each have units as well, and they use theirs regularly.FURTHER UPDATE ON TIP - It turned out that the tip is replaceable and Trophy Skin gave me the replacement for free. I'm very happy and satisfied.

Ive had this product a month, i didn't get a freebie (how do you even get those) and i wasn't paid for this I'm writing it because i think for every women out there wondering if this is worth the money then id like to have read a review like this before i bought one! Its a lot of money, but when Microdermabrasion costs between £20 and £60 pounds a time you only need to use this for 4-6 weeks to get your money back which is the reasoning i used. A local course of 6 sessions (the recommended amount for good results) was £300 so i took the plunge and bought this instead. Its fool proof to use, i have bought a MB set in the past, in fact its the one still for sale around £57 on Amazon and quite frankly i never used it, it came with so many parts and tubes and fixtures and fittings that i genuinely could not be bothered. This comes a 1 unit, literally plug it in and start. There is a screen that you can follow to show you which parts of your face you should be on and if you fancy a bit extra switch to manual. Its a strong vacuum, you need to pull your skin tight and not let the skin get pulled in otherwise you end up with a small bruise - i did the first time i used it just under my eye but I've not done it since, you soon learn! So the results... I've used it twice a week for a month and I've noticed the following... Skin texture - massive improvement! Im 37 and id started to notice my pores were getting bigger, the texture of my skin was dull and flat and this machine has totally transformed it. My skin looks fresh and dewy and a lot younger in terms of brightness and softness.My make-up had started to sit in creases and move around my face during the day - this machine has meant i am using about half the make-up i was before and where i do use it its sitting really lovely and fine. Fine lines around my eyes and mouth have improved - this is not going to shift deep wrinkles but it will encourage blood flow to certain areas and improve them. Spots - i always used to get a few small spots now and again, particularly hormonal spots around my mouth and nose, since using this i have had none at all. small scars from previous spots have faded to virtually nothing and this makes me very happy - who wants white heads at 37 for crying out loud! I also had a few blackheads around my nose, i did buy a blackhead remover at the same time as this machine but quite honestly after using that once and then this machine for the last month i haven't needed the other one. I am really happy with the results so far and expect big things over the next 6 months which is about the length of time you are meant to give this to really make a difference. If you'd like a little routine to do alongside this machine then i would recommend using glycolic pads straight after using the machine to really get the stuff into the open pores, i use nip fab. Then a face oil to just throw moisture at the skin so you dont get dryness - i use sarah chapman overnight facial. Take a big gulp, buy the machine i promise you wont regret it.

Bought this at beginning of year and was using once or so weekly. Loved how it left skin feeling, smooth and great before intensive skin product use. Also used before dermarolling and has been fine. Packed up a couple weeks ago (electonics does sometimes), and returned it. Amazon customer support great, really helpful and was a lot easier than I thought. Still given this 4 stars and I am thinking of a re-purchase, as I like the product. Everything packing away in a nice built in case also keeps things together, less chance of loosing bits.

After using it for two months I can say it not just didn't improve my skin but made it worse. I was hoping that it will help with appearance of my pores, but it made them larger and more noticeable. I'm sure if I knew how it would turn out, I would never buy it in the first place. High price is not always guarantee that you will get what you want.

I toyed with the idea of spending so much money but bit the bullet and glad I did. I am addicted! I use this machine every 4/5 days for so. My skin glows, make-up is easier to apply and looks better, people have commented how radiant I look, what else can I say :) xx

Works great for the wife, her skin looks lively and the acne scars quickly disappeared after two weeks. Her skin looks very clear and beautiful now. But do not listen to the 3 times a week stuff, do not do it that often. If it is was not for the diamond tip to worn out very quick I would've given it 5 stars
