Derma Roller real needle

Just got the .5 today, which is the minimum necessary for collagen growth. I'm using it for hyperpigmentation and mild acne scarring. The pain is tolerable, and I was even able to use it on the delicate skin around my eyes. It was more intense on my upper lip, although not enough to warrant a numbing cream. I applied an ascorbic acid solution right away, and it didn't increase the sting too much. I mix 1tsp cosmetic grade powder to 1 oz of water in a bottle, and keep my miracle solution in the fridge to keep it from oxidizing. This should be a good product to use, as well as pure hyaluronic acid. I don't want to use a product with a lot of ingredients because I'm worried about getting granulomas if foreign ingredients get trapped under my skin. Vitamin c and hyaluronic acid occur naturally in our skin, anyway. Vitamin c stimulates wound repair, and it can be applied daily to your skin. Just don't over do the derma roller or vitamin c, which is highly acidic. I'll try the derma roller every two weeks. It's like weight training- if you do it too much you will break down your muscle instead of build it up. Collagen works the same way.

It works like magic. I use it once a week as prescribed and in a month i already started seeing the my baby hair on my front hair line started growing. Also, you have to keep up with good diet! I didn't ate salad every day, but i did ate fruits and green vegetables in right quantities.

Aloha! This works very well compared to those 'other' derma rollers that are basically metal wheels instead of 'real needles.' These only puncture your skin rather than tear it. EXCELLENT! Keoni

Great Quality

For a newbie, the sensation was shocking. My eyes watered, my nose ran, I sneezed my head off. It’s not “painful”, but it’s a thing! I’ve used it 3 times in 2 weeks and my skin seems a little tighter and brighter. Make sure you clean your face WELL before using it. (I thought I was clean until I wiped with an alcohol wipe!) One time I forgot to clean first and my face was swollen and sore for almost two days.

Open case slowly and be sure to check needles for damage by rolling over back of hand. Needles bend very easily if knocked and can damage your skin! That said this style and brand is great! Not a saw disc or titanium which create large punctures Real individual stainless steel needles. Easier to keep clean by soaking in rubbing alcohol in disposable mouthwash paper cup. . I use .25mm twice a week and .5mm once a week. My deep ice pick and boxcar acne scars from 25 years ago are filling in, less noticeable and heals new acne !
