This is a fantastic product! I have been suffering with dryness for a while due to perimenopause and this product has by far been the best out of those I have tried. It’s easy to insert and squeeze and keeps me moist and non irritated for 2/3 days. Of course different times of the month vary, but I’m finding it to be a successful product. I alternate it with my estrogen cream and it’s really doing the trick. Highly recommend to try and see how it goes!

My last smear test was really painful. On my sister's recommendation. I used Regelle for a few weeks beforehand. I stopped a couple of days before the test to ensure there was no cream on the scrape. Whilst there was some pain on the day, it was much easier to manage than previous smears.

This vaginal moisturiser comes in 6 single-use applicators, that are pre-filled. I am perimenopausal and have problems the more I advance into the menopausal state. This moisturiser works quite well, especially after or before I get my period, which causes additional strain. I like that it is compatible with condoms, hormone-free, and completely water based, and it does indeed last quite long for me, and I can easily use it the recommended time of three days apart. The product was out of date. I wasn't impressed with this and sent it back. I might not have noticed had the instructions not said that the product shouldn't be used after the expiry date.

Comfortable for veginall dryness after to try it. And easy to use

This stuff works well for me. I had tried HRT therapies for vaginal dryness and they failed to deliver. I tried other similar products, but they didn't work as well as this one. This works well, and it really does what it says it will. Each application lasts for several days, as it says it does. A great product which is also HRT free.

This box of 6 water-based, non-hormonal vaginal moisturiser gels arrived with no security seal on the outer box and no individual wrapping for the applicators themselves which is a bit different to other products like this that I have tried and might bother some people. I'd have preferred that the box was sealed at least but I can live with it. Each of the single use applicators contains 6.5g of product and whilst these are described as gels I was surprised to find that it is actually has a cream consistency. Details of what this product contains are a bit sketchy on this listing so here's a rundown of the ingredients and their purpose: Purified water (78.82% w/w) – the main base of the moisturiser. Polycarbophil – a bioadhesive polymer that helps the moisturiser stick to tissues and retain moisture. Glycerol (glycerin) – acts as a humectant to help retain moisture. Mineral oil – an occlusive that helps lock in moisture. Hydrogenated palm oil glycerides – emollient/occlusive that helps smooth and protect. Carbopol 974P – a thickening agent and stabiliser for the gel texture. Sorbic acid – a preservative to prevent microbial growth. In use, you break the end off the applicator, slide the slim tube inside and squeeze to release the contents. The gel itself is a fairly thick consistency, it's not too runny that it comes straight out again but not too thick to make it difficult to dispense. I find these types of applicator quite difficult to use. To dispense all of the gel whilst it is inserted takes a good amount of squeezing to make sure you get all of the product out and after squeezing and letting go it tends to suck some of the product back into to applicator so needs a good amount of repeat squeezes to get all the product out. I found this quite hard work so now instead I personally find it easier to transfer the product to a round ended syringe and dispense it that way which I find more convenient and less wasteful of the product. I find it easiest to apply this product lying down and whilst the instructions say that its best to apply it in the morning, I prefer to apply it before bed which allows it to stay in place overnight without gravity reducing its effectiveness. I have noticed that the bioadhesive polymer which is intended to stick the moisturiser to the wall of your vagina does seem to work really well and I have hardly any product leakage due to gravity. Overall I think these gels are really good and I would buy them again. They have significantly improved my dryness symptoms, but at the current asking price of £12.97 for 6 applicators this stuff is quite expensive and the same company does a bigger box of 12 which is better value if you plan to use this long term. The instructions say to use them every 3 days and I do feel that this it works well using this frequency although the instructions say you can use it less or more often depending on your symptoms.
