Great present
Got this for my 3 yr old who wanted to be able to play beyblades with his brother but couldn't really do it without a lot of help. He loves it and so does my 10 yr old. This thing can spin for several minutes before having to restart.

A big hit with the kiddos
I'll admit I was lost when it came to understanding this thing. My oldest son recommended that I try it out for the youngest, and while I may not understand it, he sure does. That kid was over the moon with this toy. I left it up to son #1 to figure it all out, and he says that the instructions are pretty easy to follow. The watch thingie uses watch batteries that are included and the toy charges with a USB charger. I can tell you that it didn't hurt my feelings any to not have to buy batteries. As far as play, the youngest practically sleeps with this thing. It's the most used toy in this house right now, and I don't see that changing anytime soon. Son #1 did say that in order for you to get the most out of this, you need more than one so they can battle. As for this one, the only complaint I have is that it's kind of loud when it's spinning, but that doesn't bother my little guy at all. Again, I don't know much about these, but to sum up what I've seen - it comes with batteries that should last for quite some time, it's pretty durable as my little wrecking crew hasn't managed to kill it yet, and the boy is thrilled with it, so to me, that makes it a pretty good value, or at the least, it's worth the cost.

Two is better then one, surprisingly fun toy
The first thing about this toy you need to know is that you need an extremely small Phillips (+) screwdriver (an eyeglass screwdriver does work) to install the batteries, the batteries are included (they are the flat 2032’s). This is built to be pretty sturdy since the toy is designed to “battle” against another of it’s kind. Its actually pretty cool, the main gyro spins (like a top) and the user controls the speed. This is just a cool toy by itself but in order to get maximum enjoyment out of it you really need two so one user can compete against the other in a arena (the arena can be purchased separately).Even a non ‘techy’ person (like myself) could easily understand and follow the instructions.

Electric Nado Spins Fast and is Wrist Controlled.
This is an interesting eclectic version of the Nado series. No zip pull needed.Just charge it via the included USB cable and it should be ready to go in a 20 minutes or so.The watch takes 2 coin cell batteries and they are included. They should last a long time before needing to be changed. The Nado spins very fast. It makes quite a loud sound as air is whizzing around it.It can be dis-assembled and re-assembled with the included plastic tool. The one that came with the sample kit was a transparent orange color rather than a solid black plastic. This will certainly out compete the manual Nados, but an area of these will be a lot of fun for sure. I will need to order a second so this can be tested. The Nado is pretty heavy weighing in at around 8 oz. Faster, heavier and stronger than anticipated. It just needs some more marketing and better instructions to make it a 5 star product for me. 4 solid stars as is.
