Arrived with 1/3 missing from the jar (see photos). I included a photo of the lot number for authenticity. Smells like cold cream that women used to use to remove makeup in the 1960s. I loved my Grandma, but I don't want to smell like she has been handling my beard all day. Product contains petrolatum (Vaseline) and glycerin, along with a bunch of other "chemicals". I'm not putting that stuff on my beard. I have attached a photo of the ingredient listing from the container so you can decide for yourself if you want to wear that in your beard. I contacted mascbyjeffchastain.com by their webmail to handle this refund discretely, but they did not respond. amazon.com took care of this problem with an immediate refund. In my opinion, you should AVOID THIS PRODUCT!9/12/2020 UPDATE: I'm suffering from a little bit of "reviewer's remorse." After leaving this 1 star review, a company representative reached out to me blaming amazon and myself for this problem. This employee definitely needs to be retrained in proper customer service or given an opportunity to find new employment. Within an hour of my emailed response to that CSR, Jeff Chastain personally emailed me and profusely apologized for the product and for how his employee had responded. Jeff explained that if the cap wasn't on tightly either from manufacturing or shipping, some of the product could evaporate (water is the first and most used ingredient in GLORYHOLD) leaving a large void in the container. Jeff also said this evaporation would negatively effect the fragrance of the product. Jeff very generously offered to replace the product free of charge, along with some additional MASC products. I politely declined his offer as I wasn't trying to take advantage of the situation. I personally don't like some of the ingredients in GLORYHOLD. That doesn't mean they are bad. They are just not something I am comfortable with. I am very sensitive to the greasy feeling of petrolatum and glycerin. Those two ingredients are not something I use. That aside, I will absolutely state that Jeff Chastain is an extremely nice guy to deal with! For that reason, and that reason alone, I have raised this review to 3 stars. I don't like the product, but I do like the company. I still am not recommending GLORYHOLD. But I am changing my advice from AVOID to USE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION after reading the ingredient list in my photo. Thanks to amazon for letting me update this review.

This is by far, the BEST product I've ever used. Its like a miracle whip paste! You work it into your hair when its damp and it sets in moisture and a gentle hold, with out a hard shiny finish. It literally makes your hair pliable and gives it texture (smells good too)... so you can style it and it has movement. There is nothing else on the market like this. I've literally tried them all. I have thick hair that can get very puffy, dry and big... this solves all problems. No other hair cream or paste is this versatile, you can even use it in your beard! And it doesn't break you out, build up, get itchy. I'm telling you... MIRACLE PASTE!

I’ve tried various other products and the Masc/Gloryhold paste is by far the best. It holds well over the course of a day, allows for sculpting and shaping, but doesn’t dry my hair out (like some other products). And it has an appealing, but very subtle, scent. A great product and brand.

Ever since having this styling paste recommended to me it’s the only product I’ve been using. It’s got the right amount of hold, the texture is nice and balanced, and as an added bonus it smells great too. Highly recommended.

I loveee this product! Wasn’t sure if it was only going to have a scent for men but no it’s very pleasant so great for women too and holds my hair exactly how i want it with a nice softness not overly sticky! Will definitely buy again!!

I've read the reviews and have just received my first jar of GloryHold. Like some other reviewers, the jar arrived unsealed and with only 2/3rds of the product in the jar. Where it went, I couldn't say. It wasn't that it spilled. It just looked like it was not filled completely from the factory. And it smells VERY feminine, which is not something I want under my nose all day. Almost rosy scented. In the same shipment. I received a jar of shea butter. Not only was it entirely wrapped in plastic with an easy-to-remove perforation but there was an inner seal under the lid but covering/sealing the product. MASC needs to change their packaging to avoid this since it seems to be happening regularly. I did try it on my beard before writing this review and, with the heated brush, it does straighten and hold my beard in place mostly. But with the high cost, low volume delivered, and terrible smell, I don't think I'd ever buy another jar.

My husband had previously gotten a smaller container of this product and loved it so much that he insisted that he needed more! The container is a good size and lasts him several months.

This is by far my husbands favorite beard steam/sculptor. I first purchased gloryhold for Father’s Day to go with the MASC Kushelbar beard straightener and he’s hooked now! And It smells awesome!!
