these leveling struts are AWESOME, they are a great value for the money spent and i even got a better deal as the box they were in was damaged but the struts were PERFECT so they discounted them. they are not stiff at all so the ride remains similar to stock so functionality is exactly the same as OEM mopar. the fit was spot on and it took me just over 1 hour of actual working time to get BOTH SIDES installed if you want to see a video go on you tube and look up my channel Thousanddollarmann and you can see just how easy the job is so far on the roads in my area the durability has been great as we are loaded with poorly filled pot holes i paired them with matching rough country shocks and a new set of 1.5 to 2" over coil spirngs for the rear keep in mind they will ride high until they settle down which took mine about 700 miles

Overall the struts have a very similar ride quality to the original stock shocks. Install went smooth make sure to set aside 2-4 hours and have a buddy help out. The front does sit a little higher then the back but not too much but it does bother me at times but for sure eliminates the sag in the front. The powder coating is very nice on the struts themselves.

Surprising the install went pretty smooth. The original tire gap was 5 inches from tire to wheel well with 20" rims and the 295 (33") tires. After the install the front gap was at 9". This was installed on a RAM 2016 and as I said all the bolts and parts removed easily. I was doing the wheel bearings at the same time and everything was easily accessible with a jack in the driveway. Because the wheel bearing added some pain to the install I can't say exactly what the time was but I would plan for 3 hours if you are just doing the front shocks. It may take longer due to the truck environment. I also added rear shocks with a two inch spring kit. If I hadn't the truck would have been squatted and that isn't what I was looking for. The rear was at a gap of 7" and that went to 9". This gave me 9" gap all around. Overall the system seems to ride well. I wish I could have found a complete system Made in the USA but the bilstein package had to reuse the springs on the front. I should have used bilstein for the rears for that reason.

First off, contrary to the Amazon listing, these struts absolutely DO FIT a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic 5.7L, I have a pair on my 2019 Ram right now. I only have about one hundred miles on them and the ride seems to be fairly close to the original factory struts, possibly slightly stiffer but that may change after some miles. The struts lifted my front end by 3 1/8 inches which made my truck sit slightly nose high but per Rough Country customer service after 500-700 miles they will settle about 1/2 inch which will level my truck just about perfectly. I had my auto shop do a 4 wheel alignment during installation and will have another alignment done at about the 5 month mark. If you have any questions I recommend you contact R.C. customer service, they are very helpful and answer your calls very quickly.

Easy install. Just as described. Truck sits 2.5" higher up front. Handles bumps like a dream. Love these shock n struts. Well spent money I paired them with rough country reat shocks and also vevor rear air suspension bags.

Very easy install. With a hoist, took under 2 hours for both sides. I used these to replace the similar Bilstein product. After 3 days, the ride quality is the same if not better, and a bonus is you dont have to build the struts. Just un box and install. Would highly recommend

Very good build quality. These shocks added 2 inches to my truck in just a matter of a few hours. The ride is impressive, a big difference from stock.
