Does this microphone come with a case?

It comes with a hard plastic case.

I sing and play guitar. Is this mic can reduce noise coming in from my voice? I have separate mic for my vocal. want to separate my voice to guitar.

What I understand is : You would use this mic for recording your acoustic guitar, and you are singing (and recording) your voice in the same time with another mic. With the cardioid capsule and a good position (not to far to the guitar and pointing down), it could be done without issue. For an optimum set, You could add 2 soundshield (one for the guitar mic, one for the voice mic)

Are there super cardioid or hyper cardioid capsules available for this microphone?

Hi You're right. It is a error from Amazon. The picture is showing a e60 (I have 4 of them), not a e70 (I also have 2 both them) best regards
