Michel Design Works Glass Soap Dish, Olive Grove, 4-3/4 by 6-1/4-Inch

I bought this in the Iris pattern since our bathroom is lavender-colored, and really love it. It's a lovely pattern, and the dish slopes down a bit so that the water pools in the basin. The edges of this do seem a bit fragile, so I'd be careful about getting this if you have small children who will be using it; a soap dish that is not glass would probably be a better option. Also, since there is no drainage, soap buildup could be a problem. Overall, though, it's a lovely soap dish!

Beautiful product. The design and colors are absolutely gorgeous. I frequently buy this brand as gifts for friends and family. This is the first time I’ve purchased this brand from Amazon. Did not compare prices. the convenience is worth more than any price difference that there might be.

Cute! I thought it would be thicker. More like a thin plate. I use it for my kitchen sponge.

Pretty at first, but as soon as I washed it the floral pattern came off and now it’s just a clear piece of glass. Such a disappointment.

I bought this soap dish in the primrose pattern, and it's really beautiful. (Hence the three stars.) However, I can't possibly use it for a soap dish, as it was intended, because it's so light, so thin, and so fragile that I'm afraid just putting the soap into it when washing my hands may cause it to slide off the sink and get broken. Also, it's almost completely flat, like a little plate, so the soap has to be placed carefully into the middle of it to prevent it from sliding out of the dish when it's wet. I didn't want to be bothered returning it, so maybe I can use it to put jewelry on it or something. Someone wasn't thinking when this was designed.

I love this soap dish -- the colors are beautiful and it really is attractive in my bathroom. I also bought the Paris soap dish and that is beautiful too. In fact, all products by Michel Design Works are very high quality.

searched for this product and finally found it on Amazon. It will replace a similar product that was damaged in a move. Exactly what I was looking for and well packaged - it arrived intact despite being glass and quite fragile.
