I use these small ice packs for my breasts since I’m a pumping mom, and they have been a lifesaver. I love that they’re small and flexible enough to fit right inside my bra and target the exact areas I want. Compared to other breast icing pads that cover the entire breast, these are perfect for tender spots or clogged areas when I don’t need full coverage. They get cold quickly, stay cold long enough to be effective, and aren’t uncomfortably stiff. The size makes them super versatile—not bulky at all—and much easier to position exactly where I need relief. Another big plus is that they come multiple in a pack, so I can rotate them or use more than one at a time. Highly recommend!

Has been a reliable companion throughout three sinus surgeries. Have held up throughout all of my recoveries. I appreciate the size and that they are gel, so they are easy to use around the face. They also stay cold for a decent amount of time.

Our dog just had knee surgery and needed something for swelling. He's just a hair over 40 lbs, so a medium-sized dog, and these pucks are absolutely the PERFECT size for our purposes. The gel is nice and flexible so it molds around the contours nicely, but they're firm enough to be able to apply good compression. The ace bandage-style wrap with the pocket is fabulous. The pocket is large enough to hold 2 pucks with just enough space between them that it makes it easy to wrap around his knee and inner thigh so we can ice both sides of his knee at the same time and not have to hold the pucks in place. They also stay cold for a good long time. I left them out for about 20 minutes after his 15-minute ice down and they were still plenty cold. They also chill quickly, so they're ready for his next session with no problems. I have not tried them heated yet. I like that they come in a bag to keep them contained and safe from punctures in the freezer. Having them as a 6 pack is awesome, especially for our purposes. He has also had swelling in his upper thigh and his ankle, so I can easily place one on his thigh with the edge tucked into the wrap to keep it in place. The fabric backing is fine for that area and is adequate for skin protection there. For his ankle, I just use a tea towel to give him a little more protection since the hair is so thin there. I can put a puck on the inside and outside of his ankle, too. We have been using 5 pucks at a time and it's been working wonderfully. He seems relaxed and comfortable while getting iced down, so these have been great. The size truly is perfect for the dog, but I know we hoomans will find a good use for them, as well! I foresee using them heated for sinus pain relief.

I recently had eye surgery and bought this ice pack. It’s about the size of my palm, and the gel inside keeps it cold for around 10 minutes. After that, it doesn’t stay very cold, but since it comes as a set, I can rotate them, which makes it really convenient. Overall, it works well for short, quick cooling,

I bought these ice packs in preparation for recovery from a planned surgery. They have been a HUGE help & very durable - you’ll use them for a long time beyond the initial reason you’re buying them. I have 5 kids & they’ve used the ice packs as well, for everything from a headache to a bruise to just for cooling. None of the 6 have broken yet. They have a cloth-feel fabric backing on one side, and slick plastic on the other side. If you’re not putting the ice pack in a washcloth or some other fabric, it’s still pretty comfortable to use the cloth-like side. They do rinse off ok as well. I let mine dry again before putting back into the freezer. The zip closure bag they come in is useful to store the ice packs in, in your freezer, so they don’t get lost or food on them. They are small so they don’t stay cold that long, as expected, but with 6 of them, you can rotate them out & put the warm ones back in the freezer. They’ll be cold again quickly so you can use them by the time the last one is warm.

These were a lifesaver! My brother had a serious server ATV accident and needed surgery. You know how when you get facial surgery, you tend to puff up like a pufferfish? The ice packs from the hospital were too heavy and awkward to use. They were so heavy that they couldn’t get close enough to his eyes to help reduce swelling. As a Prime member, I did some research and found these amazing ice packs. They’re gel-based, so they don’t harden when you leave them in the fridge overnight. They’re big enough to cover his eyes but not big enough to hold on to his face without falling off. They come with just enough so you can swap them out when they get warm again. I’m so glad I found these ice packs! They’ve helped my brother a lot with his swelling. His eyes were puffed up like a softball, but now they’re down to a small golf ball. I’m really happy with this product and I only write reviews if I’m excited about something. So, thank you!

These are a bit large and stuff for the eyes but work well for other areas or purposes. I chose them for use after eye surgery but needed something that laid differently and was a bit “softer” on the eyes. They do freeze fast and the wrap they can be put in is well made.

These things are a great concept!! If you just need a small ice pack these are your product! They don’t leak! When they are frozen they still have flexibility quality is good you have a side that is like having a cloth under the ice pack and if you need it colder you got the other side!! Only downside I have is they don’t stay cold for long

Son pads muy pequeñitos, pero al ser varios son ideales para cuando quieres tratar una zona en específico, irlos turnando en la medida que pierden temperatura. También se pueden usar para ayudar en la lactancia. Un acierto.

It is more like a water than gel. The gel sets in one side of the circle and the rest gets empty. The edges are sharp

I have wrists that swell up because of a car accident. So I usually buy support wrist guards on Amazon. When I saw this, I figured this would be additional assistance in getting the swelling down. I was correct. These are a little blue discs that come with a little @go bag” which you can store in your freezer. They are good if you only need a small amount of cold somewhere. Which I did. It takes a little bit of manoeuvring but I’m able to fit a couple of discs in between the wrist guards. Then I get the double duty of the support and it, as well as the cooling from the discs. They don’t last a heck of a long time but um.. they are small so yeah.. it doesn’t matter because you could just replace it with another disc. Benjie booty is about 6 1/2 pounds so you can see the size of them. Yes, they have freezing wrist products which I have bought.. but those ones don’t support the wrist. So buying these, it gives me the additional benefit of both.

Nice size and one side is flocked material. Comes with a nice elasticated bandage type pouch which can wrap around your head. I use for bad headaches and the help a great deal.
