Ensure Compact for irregular and fasting dieters.
Going on a fasting diet after a bout of angina, I thought I would try these as my 93-year-old mother has taken them for a couple of years and maintains good health, paid for by the NHS in her case. I found the various flavours rather similar and 'sickly-sweet' in taste and somewhat over-priced a £50 per tray of 12. I will take the odd one and give the rest to Mum!
