I have been Mickey-Mousing for years with pipes and sockets to drive bearings, bushings and the like. Finally broke down and got this set - I should have done so years ago. I have had a hydraulic press for a while, and just last week I pressed out a bunch of bearings and universal joints. Worked great. This was a life saver for repairing an old Massey 65 tractor suffering from long neglect. It was especially invaluable for removing the thin, worn-out bushings without nicking the bore, and installing the new ones without the risk of tilt & jamming and no distortion of the bushing rim during driving. After years of having to improvise on bushing work using sockets, bits of pipe or rod and other such things, having this set with all the perfect sizes made the work fast and sure.

I have been wanting one of these for years and finally got my own. I have used other manufactures version of this for years at various shops I have worked at and now that I work out of my own shop I had to get one. These are great and not just for driving bushings. There is a sheet inside that will assist you with configuring this tool to drive bushings of all types and bearing races. This is a great shop tool if you are a shop owner and a great tool for the technician who has everything else.

It's on the pricey side, but it does come in handy. Have done many many king pin bushings with this set and works perfectly.

This is a quality product and well worth the money. The sizes go up in increments of 1/16" from 1/2 all the way to 3 I believe. I use it for driving bushings in transmission work and it fits the bill. Great product. Don't take a chance on the cheaper kits and miss the size you are really looking.
