Shade: Brett calls Choco Noir "The deepest brown around". Basically black with a touch of warmth. Gr8 for woman of color that would gravitate to a black pencil (a glam no-no). Choco Noir is a fab 'near black' shade that gives your dark arches 'pop' without a harsh 'drawn in' appearance. Formula: Brett designed his version of a brow powder to go on smoothly and have long wear. Vanitymark powders are finely milled for ease in blending but tightly packed for less flyaway.
