I used it together with prescription drugs for post-surgery recovery so it is hard to tell what worked and what didn't. However, I had a speedy recovery, and swelling went down in a couple of days after the surgery. I want to believe it was because of arnica! Definitely will keep a bottle of these around for future emergencies.

very easy to take I got them because I was going to have a operation and had been told they helped with not been black and blue, the did help was still bruised but not has much . I still lake 2 each morning
