Great little fairy lights!
Bright and Clear!

and figured it would be good for mother's day
I bought these lights with the intention of using them for a DIY craft idea I saw on Facebook, and figured it would be good for mother's day. Definitely did not know what to expect in terms of how bright they would be or just how long the length of wire was, but I wanted to use them to put inside a vase I had glued glitter to myself in order to make a sort of vase/lamp project. The length is very long and I bunched it up to put it inside the vase and it looked absolutely wonderful! I had debated back and forth about what to put in the vase that would be bright enough or get the effect that I wanted but these definitely did the trick. They take three double A batteries (not included). Comes with a switch so that you can easily turn them on and off. All of the bulbs were bright and working, the whole entire thing was perfectly functional and met and exceeded my expectations. Really glad I chose to go with these lights, and may consider looking into different colors in the future to try out as well.

Cheerful Looking, Fun to Work With, Great Value!
There is SO MUCH POTENTIAL for these exceptionally bright, micro-sized white lights embedded along two strands of flexible, clear-coated wire. I did not purchase them for a specific reason, only to try them out. I had recently purchased, locally, similar multi-color light strings from a different manufacturer and liked how they looked, so wanted to acquire some white ones. I'm very pleased with the quality of these white lights for the price I paid, when I consider that there are so many possibilities for using them. In my opinion, the multi-colored ones I bought locally are not quite as good, quality-wise, as the white ones. When inspiration struck, I took some green and yellow (my favorite NFL football team's colors) Pebeo Vitrea 160 glass paint (the translucent glossy version Pebeo Vitrea 160 Glossy Glass Paint 45-Milliliter Bottle, Oriental Green and carefully painted over the light nodes a couple of times. I was thrilled with the end result! The best part about this particular project is that now that I'm finished with that use of the light string, I was able to use a soft cloth dampened with very warm water, surround a single light node with the cloth for a few minutes, and remove the paint! After softening the paint that way, it easily came off, and the string was restored to warm white bulbs! Because these bulbs don't get hot (heat bakes and makes permanent that kind of paint), the paint can be removed. If you decide to try this project yourself, be advised that it will take some patience and a gentle touch. As a creative person, I love the idea that because Vitrea 160 comes in such a wide variety of paint colors, I could make a custom-colored string for just about any reason! Although this is not a review for Vitrea 160, I'll share another use for it: it can be used to transform white C-7 or C-9 sized light bulbs for Christmas light strings into any color you need or want! But, because the old-fashioned version of those lights do usually get warm/hot to the touch, the paint will bake onto them and is not removable. White replacement bulbs are a lot more easily found than the colored versions, especially late in the season. My current use for a light string: I have old blue glass canning jars on a shelf in my kitchen, and a string is laying in a swirled shape on the shelf, illuminating the jars from the bottom. It has, in my opinion, a very nice look. If there was one thing I could change about these light strings, it would be that because they take 3 AA batteries, the battery box is somewhat big relative to the size of the string. The battery box is clear, though, making it a bit less harsh-looking than a black one. There is a decent amount of connector wire between the box and the first light node, so the box can be hidden fairly easily. Would I purchase these again? Definitely.

Cute string lights but off color
These are very cute and compact string lights for your home. Perfect for decorating and brightening up the area / room - and totally pinterest-worthy! I did have a few concerns with this item that I listed below, thereby knocking off a star in my rating. First, the POSITIVES: - The lights are tiny (which may or may not be a good thing depending on your needs) but still, shine very brightly. In fact, it is almost blinding when you look straight into it. It really lights up the area / room. It does dim a bit after some time (I have had it for about 3 months now), but frankly, this doesn't apply to me as much as I only turn it on here and there. - The wire is very thin and barely visible, making it optimal for hiding. I have the wire hanging in front of my living room window and my guests never notice it, even during daytime. Also, my window is only about 4ft. in length vs. the 7ft. wire. But since the wire is flexible and bendable, I had no problems folding up parts of the wire to accommodate the length. Now, some CONCERNS: - This may not be a problem for some - but I found that the color of these lights are more PINK in hue in contrast to other reviews on here who attest to it being a true warm-white. I had hoped for more of a golden white tone, especially given that the pictures for this item did not indicate any sort of pink tone. The other options for these lights are cold white (which based on the reviews, seem to be more blue-ish in tone) or an actual color (e.g., blue). This is particularly a problem since I have a lot of golden light around the house - so the pink-ish hue doesn't exactly match. It also stands contrast to other Christmas lights that are gold. - The battery pack isn't exactly small, making it a challenge to conceal. For reference, the size of the battery pack is about 2"x3". I use adhesive strips for picture and frame hanging (Command brand that I bought at Lowe's) to stick the battery pack to the wall. Thankfully, it's a clear white pack so it isn't overly - in your face - noticeable. On a related note, this item uses three AA batteries, which can be costly but worth it to have clean cordless decor. - The wire easily tangles, which can be a bit of an annoyance. But it's the downside of a good thing - a ultra thin and malleable wire that is easy to hide - so I suppose you take the bad with the good.

Battery-powered micro LEDs
So, I have this replica of an oil-burning ships' lantern. I wouldn't try lighting it for anything, 'cause I'm not sure how well it's soldered together, but I was catching suggestions that it needed to be lit as a Christmas decoration. After searching Amazon, I discovered RTGS made sets of 20 micro- LEDs powered by 3 AA batteries. After estimating the size of the battery pack, I purchased 4 sets: warm white, red, blue and green. The LEDs are on thin, silvery wire that bends easily into whatever configuration is useful, and from any distance over about 10 feet, the wires are all but invisible. I was able to stuff the lantern globe full of the red and green lights and tuck the battery-packs up into the metal chimney-shroud where they were out of sight but gave good access to the switches. The effect was a huge success! The lights look like tiny red-and-green constellations, and everyone was very happy with my efforts. The blue and white lights will allow the lantern to be used for various holidays. All 4 sets work and provide bright, pure-colored light. It's too early to know about the battery life yet, but the first sets I've installed have held up well, showing no signs of giving out after about 24 hrs of use so far. I'm very happy with these lights, I'd recommend them to anyone who wanted this kind of lighting, and I'd buy more in a heartbeat.

NOT WARM - warm white is 2,700K to 3,300K - these are MUCH cooler than that
I bought these lights because they state "warm white color." They are NOT "warm" white. They aren't necessarily "icy blue," but they are definitely more in the daylight color spectrum and NOT soft white or warm white like incandescent. When the description states "warm white," I am expecting somewhere around 3,300K. Like I said, these aren't necessarily up around 6,500K like a daylight bulb, but they are nowhere near the 3,300K of an incandescent and DEFINITELY not 3,000K like a soft white (warm) bulb. The quality seems fine (the bulbs are SUPER-TINY and the wire is really thin, so caution should be taken when bending/moving the wire), and I like that they run on only three AA batteries, but if you are at all picky about light color, BE AWARE that these are NOT "warm white" as stated in the description (the photo appears to have been adjusted, as the actual lights are MUCH bluer than what is shown in the listing photo). We purchased these to light multiple tables on a film set (placing the lights inside a mason jar like fireflies). I had to place color correction film inside the mason jars to get the correct "warm" color to match the rest of the incandescent lights on set.

AMAZING PRODUCT!
I don't know what is more impressive, the seller, the price of this product, or the product itself! This item was shipped within one hour of placing my online order, hands down the fastest turn around time I've ever experienced with any online order. Shipping costs were reasonable, & the product cost is affordable. As for the product itself? Amazing - like little points of light floating on a (nearly) transparent wire. The lights themselves are very tiny (approximately 3 mm), but they pack a lot of punch! They are extremely bright, and it's a soft white light, not the florescent blue you find with many LED's. The strand is unobtrusive - perfect for any project where you want the impact of light without drawing attention to the light source itself. LED's use little energy & generate less heat, making them extremely versatile, plus the bulbs last a long time. I can see hundreds of uses for this item: centerpieces, flower arrangements, any kind of home decor, photography, etc. I'm using them for a dollhouse staircase, as lights built into the wall along the treads. If you are a miniature hobbyist of any scale, this item is a must have. The only potential drawback is that unlike a strand of Christmas lights, the bulbs are not replaceable (to my knowledge). Then again, LED's last a long time. And at such a great price, I don't mind keeping extras on hand just in case, although I'll probably end up using them somewhere else!

Super bright, great battery life, excellent design
Bought these for my trip to Burning Man in the Nevada desert this year. Originally bought them to wrap around my bike frame but then discovered the wire will hold its shape if bent so I put these on a cowboy hat by wrapping the wire around the edge of the brim and then around the round center part. I wrapped the battery pack in a plastic bag (it's not fully sealed) and zip-tied it onto the back of the hat. The wire, itself, was not actually fastened to the hat but it stayed put extremely well through all sorts of climbing and high-wind scenarios just being bent around the rim. The lights were so bright that I rode my bike out in the desert in complete pitch-black darkness and could see 10-15 feet in front of myself, like my hat was a headlamp. I had the lights on for 4-6 hours every night for almost a full week before I changed the batteries and they weren't even dead yet, just dim. I was using nice Energizer batteries, however, but I was still very impressed with the battery life. At the end of the week, the lights were completely covered in sand/dust and had been sprayed with water, whiskey, beer, etc. and still work like new. Should last for another year at Burning Man if I don't lose them. TL;DR: Very bright, last forever, very durable and positionable wire make these OUTSTANDING lights for the price!
