I have no idea how the product works, since there were no instructions in English. I understood that the product was coming from Turkey, but there was supposed to be a leaflet in English. It did not have this. I cannot take a product about which I have no dosing instructions, etc.It is being returned

First time I buy medicine on Amazon and this box came in either Russian or an Eastern European language. There is nothing in English and I personally don't like this nor did I see this info in the product description before I purchased. I think it works...I only took it once.

They gave me a stomach ache and didn't help. I have IBS so I already had a stomach ache and didn't need more of a one.
