A really great affordable smart watch!!!
I have only had this watch for about a week and I love it! I’ve been wanting a fitness tracker for a while now I had looked at fit bits but they’re so expensive and quite honestly looked really uncomfortable. I didn’t bother considering an Apple Watch because I’m not going to spend 200-300 dollars on a smart watch. Then I found this one. It looks like an Apple Watch, it’s a fitness tracker and for the most part, really comfortable! Best of all, it’s really affordable. I love that it’s touch screen and can be somewhat customized. I did time the heart rate tracker and found it to be only a few beats off when recording my resting heart rate but it was very close. I had seen a review saying that you couldn’t turn it off. That’s not actually true because it does have a shutdown feature.Even the app is easy to use after is been explored a bit. I also like that you can reboot the watch from the app. At first the watch kind of irritated my wrist but after a week I can hardly tell it’s there. The only con I have about this watch is there is a bit of lag between when you rotate your wrist and when the screen actually lights up. And occasionally, the screen doesn’t light up. Other than that this watch is great.I love that you can control your music on your phone with this little gadget. I like to hook up my phone to my ihome and this watch acts as a little remote that I can use to pause/play or switch songs. The only improvement there would be if they had incorporated some way to control the volume of the music on your watch. A small slider on the music controller screen would do nicely. Just a thought.I also feel like the sleep tracking is accurate which I really like because the data from the watch goes to the app on the phone and you can see how much time you spent in deep sleep, light sleep and awake time. I feel it’s accurate because I’m a light sleeper so I wake up often or early and I when I check the time and compare to what the phone has, I believe it’s accurate.I love the fact that you can receive notifications on this little thing. It saves me from having to dig my phone out of my pocket or find where I left it just to check messages and calls. I can keep my phone on silent now and just feel the notifications on my wrist. That being said, I’m glad they included a find my phone feature I think it’s really helpful!

Watch is nice but the app sucks
I got this watch because I just needed something cheap that would let me see my texts and calls at a glance, while at work. It works well as long as it is an sms message and not a mms message or group text as those I don't get notifications for. I use it to loosely count my steps and it seems accurate. I haven't used the sleep feature because I don't like sleeping with a watch on. The watch is comfortable to wear and came with 2 bands, which was great for the price. The app sucks though, which does cause connectivity issues to the watch. The app crashes constantly, enough so that my phone has actually recommended that I delete the app which would negate the purpose of having this watch. I really wish they could fix the app so that the crashing would stop. The app itself is very easy to use on my phone.

Early Impressions are pretty good
I'm writing this review of my early impressions of this watch. I got it out of the box and set it up yesterday. Overall it was a pretty easy process. I'm currently getting used to all the features so I'll revisit this review a little later as I wanted to pass along some info for those who get this watch and help them with the setup so they avoid some of the frustrating things that I went through. I have a google pixel 2 and am running the latest version of Android.1) Don't get caught up on having to see that your watch is connected through bluetooth. I'm not sure if that's a feature of all smartwatches but I know whenever I'm connected to my earbuds, speakers, car audio or anything else when I go to the settings screen my Bluetooth icon is highlighted in blue and shows the item that's connected underneath. In this case you may not see that. Just look at the Bluetooth icon on your watch. If it has the little symbols next to it then you're connected and good. If you have it activated you can also tap the "find my phone" button on the watch. If you aren't connected to Bluetooth it won't work and it'll tell you.2) Text messages. I wrestled with this for about half a day. When I set things up on the app I selected to have text message notifications. Actually on the app is describes it at SMS notifications. This may be obvious to some but it wasn't to me that the SMS part is specific. My kids both have iphones and I received notifications from them when they texted me but not my wife who also has a pixel. I did some more testing and learned that other people with Pixels were texting me and I did not get notifications from them. It's not so much the Pixel as it has to do with the messaging app you are using. We were all using Google Messages. There's a feature on there to turn Chat Features on and off. Chat Features are things like the dots when people are typin, and letting you know if the message was read, etc. When the Chat Features are enabled on two phones and they send each other a message, it comes through as an RCS not SMS. So basically you can't have two phones with that feature on and get the notifications. So if someone messages me with that feature off, it's cool and I'll get the notification. If they message me and I have that feature off, it's cool and I'll get the notification. But if we both have it on, then no notification. Kinda stinks as the "Chat Features" are pretty cool to have but I can live without them or just deal that some notifications won't come through.3) Currently I'm working with figuring out how to get email notifications. I have it enabled but I'm not getting any. I suspect it's because the default is gmail and I have those notifications turned off as it's not my primary email. I'm hoping there is a way to get it to display my yahoo email notifications.I know most of this sounds kinda odd. My real purpose for this watch is to limit the amount of time I need to keep turning my phone on every time the thing vibrates. So really using this watch as a filter for the notifications that I want to respond to immediately and those that aren't so important.
