Many reviewers say the capsules are big. I agree. I take with a cupful of water and thoroughly wet it before swallowing but it still sticks in my throat for a few minutes. I don’t know why. That said, this supplement is amazing. Another reviewer mentioned it helped with her arthritis. I don’t know if what I have is arthritis, but for nearly a year I have had pain in my left hand and have not been able to close my fingers completely into a fist. Not even halfway. I tried creams, ibuprofen, Tylenol, and even dmso, and nothing helped the pain or changed how my fingers closed. It got to the point I became used to the pain and basically accepted it as my new normal until I got around to seeing a doctor—not easy to do in the rural area I live in. So when I read the review that mentioned how it helped with the person’s arthritis, I looked at my hand. I had only been taking it for 2 or 3 days, but the pain was gone, and I could close my hand almost completely. I hadn’t even noticed! I take only one capsule a day now (half the daily dosage), and take it with liposomal vitamin c for better absorption, and my hand is doing great. I’m sure it must be helping me in other ways I don’t recognize. Great product!

Whether it's temporary or long term, I cannot tell but for sure, using this product makes me agile mentally and physically. I use alongside simple B3 vitamins but I am not an expert to say it should be used in combination with B3. When I use alongside some expensive NMN, I occasionally find myself almost falling asleep during the day, something I usually do not do
