Hally Stainless Steel Table for Prep & Work 24 x 30 Inches, NSF Commercial Heavy Duty Table with Undershelf and Galvanized Legs for Restaurant, Home and Hotel

The table is nice. I bought it to hold up a big 3d printer and have a bottom shelf for storage or another table. I bought 5” wheels separately and assembly was easy once I figured out that punching out the feet with a broom handle was the way to go. There are some minor dents and scratch marks in the corners on the top, but I personally don’t care much about that. It’s a good sized table and feels sturdy. The wheels make it easy to move. I put the bottom shelf all the way to the base to make sure it was level but I love the fact it is adjustable with some set screws, and can be set to ANY height and not just preset locations. The top surfaces have sticker sheets to protect from scratches, it wasn’t an ease to remove but it wasn’t the worst thing in the world.

This is a beast of a table. I just read a lady’s review and she said IT’S NOT STAINLESS STEEL but it looks and feels (and weighs) like you’re in some kind of laboratory or doctors office. Another review said that magnets stick to it so that means it’s definitely NOT stainless but the quality is so great I don’t care. The packaging was really solid with styrofoam all over the place. I just bought a second bigger version since I loved the 1st one so much. Buy this. You’ll love it.

I bought a smaller Hally table several years ago. I was impressed with the quality and itt's always been great. When I moved I needed a longer one, but I ended up buying a Rockpoint brand table that's of the same design. IT SUCKS. The thing was poorly packaged, damaged upon arrival, missing parts, had grub screws strip and got rust spots all the time. It also was slightly too long for my needs. My bad on that last part. Anyway, I bought this one to replace that awful one and oh my god the difference os night and day! It did arrive with a slight dent that was easy to hammer out, but otherwise it's great! It went together easily, all parts were included and there's enough metal to not strip threads. Hally clearly cares about the quality of their product. So with that said, I'm telling you, if you're looking for this style table, buy this one! I can attest that it is good. And not all other brands are. Do yourself a favor and just get this one.

Starting my home business and having come from the culinary world, I had pretty high expectations for a prep table. This table is 100% what it claims to be. It is heavy! It is very sturdy, well-made, overall great table. The assembly is straightforward. There were a few minor dents here and there, but given the price I’m not too concerned with that.

I received this table and the assembly was straightforward. There was a small dent, but I didn't care because this table was meant to be used, not admired. In my case, it was for my kitchen. It does use actual steel because my little fridge magnet sticks on it very well. I was worried about how the shelf attached because it uses screws to attach to the legs via friction, but my worries quickly went away after I felt how absurdly strong the connection was. It will not budge even a micrometer. My KitchenAid stand mixer and my Le Creuset dutch oven were perfectly supported on the shelf, and I could add MUCH more weight without worrying. The top was sturdy and rigid, and it could easily knead dough on it. I wish that the feet were rubberized, but it was fine since I shoved it against a corner where it couldn't move. Overall, excellent value. I highly recommend this.

Here's the skinny on this table. It's well designed and made of strong stainless steel. I got the 24 x 30" size but it's available in many different sizes. Mine must weigh 50 pounds. I had to get two tables in order to assemble it completely. The first one only had 2 of the required 8 allen-head screws in a packet that included a 6mm wrench. So I called Amazon and they sent another complete table set instead of just the screws. No problem except that now I have to deal with packing up the first table for return. The second table had the screws already inserted into the leg holes. No packet but also no wrench. However I was able to use the wrench that came with the first one. If not I would have had to purchase a wrench. The legs on the first table did not fit properly into the brackets. Too tight. But the second one was fine and I put it together without any further issues. This is a fine table and I would have given it 5 stars except for the problems I had assembling it. I think that Hally was producing tables that were not well made (poor fitting legs) and packaged with poor quality control (missing screws). However, since the second one fit together properly and had the screws preset, I have to conclude that they are aware of the problems and have addressed them. One final complaint. They package it with styrofoam sheets that are of such poor quality that just removing the parts from the box caused them to break into a million tiny pieces that are still everywhere. Bottom line: Nice table but this company has to do better with quality control and packaging.
