I’ve been lactose intolerant since I was a kid, and my dad was a dairy farmer, so a lot of milk throughout the years. We used to buy the drops, but they’ve become hard harder to find and now that I’m older and on my own, I don’t usually have milk for cooking more so than drinking. No more lactose problems for me! Yeaaaah!! Thank goodness I discovered this product. I love cheese, milk and all dairy…unfortunately as I’ve gotten older, I could no longer eat anything that had dairy products in it. If I did, I paid a big price the next day! A friend suggested Lactaid pills and it’s like a miracle. Now I can eat cheese again, have a glass of milk, and not have to do without things I like to eat. I take one Lactaid caplet before I start eating and that’s it! No more problems the next morning. Traveling and going out for dinner is fun again.

They work . I take 3 at the beginning of a meal that has quite a bit of lactose in it and the pills really help me not to be affected by the lactose. I wish I had noticed before I bought them that the pills are individually wrapped in little foil packets you need to tear open to get the pills out. I had bought pills before that came in a bottle which is a lot more convenient. My fault for not noticing.

I use these religiously. They are much more reasonably priced buying online in bulk vs in the pharmacy. My only call out is that I wish the fast acting pills were offered in a pill bottle. It feels like quite wasteful to have each pill packaged separately and it can be a bit difficult to get the pills out especially now that I need to take multiple per meal since I believe I’ve built up a tolerance. Can’t live without them though!

My doctor recommended Lactaid for my Lactose Intolerance issues. It was a good choice because it gave me much relief quickly. It's a good product, a little pricy but well worth it when you want relief quickly from the effects of being lactose interact. This is the only product that has worked for me.

Work like a charm! I used to buy the knock off brand but I noticed they don't always work. These work every time!
