This is good stuff. With an initial double dose (2 TBSP) and monthly follow ups it keeps drains running free. Read the instructions and wear PPE while using it. It is powerful.

This stuff works and works better than the liquid stuff for clearing up nasty clogs.

I struggled with a clogged shower drain for a long time and tried everything I could think of to clear it. I decided to give this product a try because of the great reviews and low price. I used it twice (each time I could hear it bubbling and making noise in the pipe) but couldn't see any change in the clog so I figured it was another fail. Fortunately, I decided to try it for a 3rd time and my shower has been clear ever since. I must have had a huge clog that took a few times to work its way through it, so give it a chance and be patient. It will eventually work.

It clears clogs pretty well and seems to do the job. However, I was concerned about the smoke/fumes coming from the granules during use. I’m not sure how safe that is, so that part made me uncomfortable. Overall, it works, but I would be cautious when using it.

Works as described. But it took me hours to find after Amazon driver tossed the package into a box of pine cones 30 feet from the front door of my house.

Worked really well for me. The instructions said it might need two applications which it did then Voila! There was zero flashback but I put a bowl over the drain opening as directed just in case. After the kitchen sink I applied it once each to the bathroom sink and tub drain as prevention. The kitchen sink continues to drain normally after 3 months.

Its lye. What can I say? I use it for cold process soap making and it works great. Cheapest ive found other than ordering in bulk.
